The young man that helped us and assured it would work, no longer works there. We decided to give it away and called to see what they would charge to disassemble (it's a 3 swing Jungle Swinger) and move it, and they said it would be $600. The swingset was only like 1000.00 to begin with. I refused to pay that and called to see what they would charge to just take down the swingset and they quoted $300.00 (no moving at all). Our son got home from deployment and took it down in about 15 min. What a joke!! They do NOT back their products and are entirely WAY overpriced on delivery, install and follow up care.

We were told they were on back order and would be in by February, no big deal at all. I called and spoke with Chris back in the beginning of March and was told that they had just received the shipment with our daughters monkey bars and we would have them within a week, again radio silence until I sent another email April 13th. I was told by Chris that he was shocked by email because he was told that the monkey bars had been installed weeks prior, which they hadn't been. He proceeded to tell me that he would get us on the books for the following week, which we were ok with. Here we are 2 weeks again and no communication at all. When we went in to purchase the swing set in December the customer service was amazing (customer service is huge to my husband and I as we are also business owners). We have been very calm through this entire process, but are becoming more upset as time is passing.
