That's where Uptech computers is here to reboot you and get you back online. Had a few hard drive failures and eventually the computer would not boot up. I just need a few encrypted documents and all my pictures. Uptech was able to recover all the item on my hard drive that I needed. I dropped the computer off on a Monday and it was ready by Tuesday. They answered immediately and seemingly dropped whatever they were doing to answer my questions and help me figure out what to do. As importantly, they spoke in plain language and were very patient with likely silly questions I had -- again, not a common experience with mainstream tech services. We weren't ultimately able to resolve the problem (I had incompatible devices), but I was blown away by LCR's service and conscientiousness. They checked in with me regularly to see how things were going and what they could do to help. I would definitely turn to them in the future and recommend that others do the same.

Each time we see *the same* laptop (product is the same - - we click on the "buy again" link from our receipt in the app), the sku # is not the same, so they do not honor the price match. When I called Best Buy to complain about the fact that their site literally takes me to a product with a different sky # when I click on "Buy Again" - i got a "oh - you can't click on that, it doesn't work". This is massively misleading and appears to be done with intent. The product itself is great, but the premise under which we made the purpose feels like a complete scam.
