This morning, Drew from Honest and Fair Appliance arrived, as scheduled, and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. There was no drama or attempts to upsell for more services. Additional note for anyone who may need appliances. Bargain Supply has been our "go-to" place for appliances for many years. Since I was concerned the dryer mentioned above might not be repairable, I visited Bargain Supply on Saturday to look for a replacement. They pulled up my previous purchases and then helped me select a dryer they had in stock, should I have needed a new one immediately, knowing I was "just in case shopping". That's service!

After getting a few quotes for the job, Signature Countertops was the best option for what we were wanting. I drove from Indianapolis to take a look at everything they had in their warehouse. Bailey was super helpful throughout the entire process. I had some photos of things I liked and she guided me through some options that were similar and in our budget. I ended up purchasing the Thunder Mountain granite. We purchased an under-mount sink from them as well. 2 weeks later someone came out to measure everything before they did the final cutting of it and 2 weeks after that we had it installed! It was so much faster than I expected. The guy who measured and the 2 guys who installed were quick, very professional, and offered to clean up the floors and things afterwards. Definitely would recommend them for a job any day!

He replied , "you're fine because you're wearing one" I said actually "the science" says we both need to. He said that he would put it on a little later but did not (although initially we saw him relating to customers with it on). It was sticking out of his pocket and it was clear that he did not appreciate me asking to put a mask on. I was very disappointed as we have had good experiences with this business in the past.
