Three days after purchasing the pool on May 27 it was delivered. So I have had a huge pallet of pool parts taking up my garage. They said it would be 6 weeks before it would be installed. It is now going on week 9! The part that really ticks me off is that I've called several times trying to get an estimate of how much longer it will be but NO ONE answers the phone in the installation department and they certainly don't call you back. If you want a pool, go someplace else.

Have a leak in our hot tub. Scheduled service and the tech shows up with no tools. Puts a little…read morewater in the tub and then says that the leak is coming from the heater and that the gasket was loose. The hot tub was NOT leaking from the heater. It was leaking between the tub and the insulation. I was told by the service person I spoke to originally that they were in service for 25 years and that they would come out and fill up the hot tub and pressurize it to find the leak. That was not done and now I have TWO leaks to have fixed because the tech caused another leak that wasn't there before. When I call the store I ALWAYS get an answer from sales but service NEVER answers when I am transferred there. And I don't get any response from them timely. Just ridiculous.

It started with him not honoring the discount of the pool kit that was an extra 90 dollar's that he guaranteed that my pool would open clear, or it would go towards the opening of the pool. He also said that he would use his own chemicals but ended up charging me for chemicals used. Didn't screw down over half of the concrete pool cover anchors.
