Delivery did not go the smoothest as my one point of criticism. I talked directly to Tim about it so my complaint wasn't blown off or anything like that. Pro tip: know in advance what direction you want your spa cover lift to go and which direction you want your service panel to go. Go through the manual's installation manual to make sure all steps have been done including closing a drain port in the motor. You're gonna have a bad time if someone decides for you or forgot a step.

Well, that sounded good to me we went looking at pools and I must say they were very helpful, we spend several hours and bought a nice 10 by 20 ft pool which we pretty much built in. Zach was the job supervisor he met with me several weeks before they started the install we blotted out where we wanted the pool. When these guys came to do the install which was done in a day. They dug the hole did what they had to they all worked so well together they didn't even have to talk to one another. I was amazed. Zach has been our go to guy when the concrete folks needed help with putting the scoping on he helped right away. Zach came to close the pool and he did it quickly always explaining. I have no complaints. We like going to the office to buy supplies and I have a Traeger smoker that I buy all of my pellets from Aurora as well. We bought the lights for the interior of the pool and the beautiful fiberglass stairs that are stunning to say the least. Highly recommend them. They are helpful and you feel confident. There are built in pool dealers that take the deposit and leave town. I have seen that all to often. That is the reason we went with Aurora.

Three days after purchasing the pool on May 27 it was delivered. So I have had a huge pallet of pool parts taking up my garage. They said it would be 6 weeks before it would be installed. It is now going on week 9! The part that really ticks me off is that I've called several times trying to get an estimate of how much longer it will be but NO ONE answers the phone in the installation department and they certainly don't call you back. If you want a pool, go someplace else.

Have a leak in our hot tub. Scheduled service and the tech shows up with no tools. It was leaking between the tub and the insulation. I was told by the service person I spoke to originally that they were in service for 25 years and that they would come out and fill up the hot tub and pressurize it to find the leak. That was not done and now I have TWO leaks to have fixed because the tech caused another leak that wasn't there before. When I call the store I ALWAYS get an answer from sales but service NEVER answers when I am transferred there. And I don't get any response from them timely. Just ridiculous.
