Above and Beyond - Outstanding Service from Louisville Countertop!…read more I can't say enough great things about Louisville Countertop! That experience was amazing but even more so- Even though we didn't buy our bathroom backsplash from them, the owner still stepped in to help when it was damaged during transit. He repaired it quickly and professionally--and when I asked how much we owed, he simply said, "No charge--just enjoy your new house." That kind of kindness, integrity, and community spirit is rare these days. He had absolutely no obligation to help us, but he did it anyway, and with a smile. It speaks volumes about the kind of business Louisville Countertop runs. If you're looking for quality work from people who truly care, this is the place. We'll definitely be coming back for any future projects. THANK YOU for going the extra mile!

The walls are full of ideas, manufacturers, styles and colors. I felt creative and inspired right away. A gentleman working outside of the showroom recommended we sign in to reserve a space in line (if we wanted to speak with a design consultant). We didn't at first but after seeing so many options and narrowing down a few choices, we put our names down. The wait gave us plenty of time to continue walking the showroom and finding more things we liked. A design consultant took information down about our choices, to confirm tile sizes available and if we could get a quick turnaround on delivery. She also asked about our kitchen space (cabinets, flooring, etc.) after hearing we were interested in a color. As a general rule kitchen backsplashes are often neutral, which I appreciate, but my kitchen is vomiting neutral and I need a pop of color. It was worth every penny to remove the beige/brownish tile we inherited from the previous owners. We were able to check out a panel to take home and liked it immediately. (My husband moved it every couple of hours to a new spot in the kitchen!) Ordering is more permanent here -- no returns, so make sure you like what you get and don't over order the supply. Freight is also charged which is not what we experienced elsewhere. Grout options and silicone were also available for order, which we added to the order. Tile arrived as promised and we paid at pick-up. Excited to complete our backsplash! Mees Tile will certainly be at the top of our list for future tile and flooring purchases.

What a great experience. Let me first say that I did my research. Our new home is 110 years old and…read morethe hardwood was in awful shape. The upstairs had pine which was painted brown in most room's and light blue in another. Pine is gorgeous even though it's soft wood. I really want to make sure that the company we chose would respect the age and take care of it. I had 3 estimates and Korfhage was competitive. We needed the entire house refinished with adding new red oak in two room's. This included the staircase. Patrick came out a couple of days after I reached out. He provided the estimate in a timely fashion. Stan and his crew were amazing. He educated us on the floors we had and respected the age/ quality. He knew his stuff. Patrick told us it would take possibly 1.5 weeks and it did. They knew we were on a time crunch because we were about to move in, and they accommodated. I would hands down use them again. They cared for our property, were thorough, and minus the dust which you can't avoid, they left the home in better shape than it was when they walked in. Highly recommend.

The sales process was easy to navigate and the selections were substantial. I was in the midst of…read moreremodeling the room and carpet was the last piece of the puzzle. I had already removed the old carpeting and padding. I have a home sound system and the day of the measurement, I asked the gentleman if my plans to run wires are around the perimeter of the room would work for installation. I was told yes, no problem. I spent several hours running the wires and securing the to the subfloor. I took pictures of what I had done and took them to the Korfage location and showed them to the same gentleman that had done the measurements and he again assured me that was not a problem. Day of installation and the installers arrive and tell me those wires were absolutely not going to work. I watched as they pulled all the wires I had carefully laid and ran them down the center of the floor which I had tried to avoid as I feared they will be visible after the carpet padding gets packed down after foot traffic of the course of a few years. Very frustrating. For anyone who has read this far, your takeaway should be a few things. 1. Korfages has a great selections of carpet. 2. The sales process was easy as I took samples home which made the selection quite easy. 3. Their prices are a bit higher than the big box stores but buying carpet from a guy that was mixing paint the day before kinda offsets that issue. 4. Everyone that I dealt with at Korfhages were very nice. 5. My carpet looks fine, the installers were professional. 6. I'm not sure of why the disconnect between what I was told about the wiring by the measuring gentleman and the installers but that was frustrating. I hope I don't have a wire lump across my floor in a year or so. 7. Would I use Korfhages again? I think I would but I would likely ask some additional pointed questions.

After getting a few quotes for the job, Signature Countertops was the best option for what we were wanting. I drove from Indianapolis to take a look at everything they had in their warehouse. Bailey was super helpful throughout the entire process. I had some photos of things I liked and she guided me through some options that were similar and in our budget. According to their advertising, they have expanded their repair services to cover industrial sewing machines, longarm quilting machines, multi-needle embroidery machines, and sergers. Based on that information, I contacted them in September 2025 for routine maintenance -- cleaning, oiling, and tension adjustment. My machine was running prior to service, although it had been sitting unused for about a year. After the technician completed the service, I ran a small design and the machine stopped within a few minutes, displaying multiple error codes that had not appeared before. To their credit, communication improved once the issue began, and they picked up the machine to evaluate it further at their store. However, this process continued from September 2025 until February 2026. The machine was ultimately returned to me in February 2026 unrepaired. I was told they were unable to obtain the necessary part and that the head was likely bad. While I appreciate the communication efforts, I am disappointed that I paid $700 for service and, after several months, received my machine back not functioning. This has been a frustrating, lengthy, and costly experience -- and not the outcome I expected when choosing a company that advertises service for multi-needle embroidery machines.
