We were then told their warehouse was closed and that was where they kept their washer and dryers. They refused to meet us at the warehouse for us to get the set. They insisted we wait until Monday, and had no other options for us. We ended up going to Chenowith Appliances off of Taylorsville Rd. They closed at 4, but we got there at 3:45 and they still insured they went to their offsite warehouse to get us our set so we could bring it home the same day. Way to go Chenowith!

We were very excited to get a top of the line Mattress to replace our 20 year old current one. Sleep is top priority to us because we both have demanding careers. We splurged getting the 2nd best mattress they sold. We paid $3,399.00 plus tax just for the mattress alone. After about 6 weeks, we noticed the mattress started forming a hole about midway down on the left side. I reached out to the Sales Manager Chris Kelly and they said it would be replaced. I went ahead and upgraded to the BEST mattress they sold hoping we wouldn't have the same problem. Another $400! On March 27, 2025, I reached out to Chris again to let him know we had another failure. SAME EXACT SPOT!!! He was quick to apologize and offered another replacement. We discussed what would happen if the new mattress failed. We can't continue this process every few months. He said that if the 3rd mattress failed they would issue me a refund and we would part ways. Well, on July 1, 2025 I notified the Sales Manager Chris Kelly that we had another failure! I assumed per our previous conversation, they would come get the faulty mattress and issue a refund as we agreed upon. Instead, a shell game commenced. Charlie Wilsons passed the baton to the Simmons Rep Brookes Gardner who has been completely unresponsive to my communication. It's terrible to expect a customer to deal with your factory rep! I bought the mattress from you. You extended the 1 year warranty! Charlie Wilsons totally dropped the ball in standing behind their product. So much for supporting a Small Business! We are average size people. My guess is these mattresses are not meant for an adjustable frame (which they sold to us as well $899) Meanwhile we are sleeping on a slant. My back hurts when I wake up. I purchased a refrigerator described as "scratch and dent" and asked specifically where the dents were. The company's representative stated only small marks on a side that would be against the wall. On inspection, the unit had a major dent on the front door that affected door alignment and possibly functionality. Had they disclosed this honestly, I would not have purchased it. The company refuse to refund me even though the product didn't leave their warehouse and wanted to charge me 15% cancellation fee which is unreasonable. Such a fee applies to a customer's change of mind, not when the product is materially different from what was sold and described. In addition, your policies were never disclosed to me. Even if they had been, hidden signs or fine print do not justify misleading sales practices. They also claimed a refund could not be processed on my credit card and had to be issued by check. My credit card company confirmed this is false. Other reviewers report similar experiences, including refund checks they could not cash. This pattern is deceptive and fraudulent. Their conduct was neither fair nor honorable. Customers should be warned, as their handling of this matter reflect their business practices.
