Let me start by saying I couldn't be happier with my dealings with Spa City and the owner Jeff. I started looking for a spa around Christmas. All other dealers had pushy salesman that stated things to make them or their spas sound like the greatest thing since sliced bread. Most quickly proven wrong with a simple Google search. Jeff at Spa City was different, just informative, straight talk withour sales pressure. Everyone else charged multiple add- ons like delivery and set-up. We got one of the best rated hot tub/spas, delivery, initial chemicals and more for a very good price. They have taken the time to answer the many questions we had before and now after since we are new to this. The delivery was great and on time. I hope we don't need it but I feel sure they will be there for service when we need it (based on the other reviews). read more

I went in to buy a hot tub in june of 2020 and they were having issues getting them because of the pandemic. They required $500 down to hold one for me. After calling, going in once a week for 6 months and seeing all these hot tubs go to other people, I finally requested my money back. I was dying and never got my hot tub and they kept the interest on that $500 for the 6 months. That interest in my invesments at that time would have gotten me $250. I am now writing this review as I finally am down to a few months or less to live and really could've used that hot tub and the $250 they kept from the interest I would have made if they hadn't required $500 down. If things were so hot in the hottub market, why require a deposit since they were 'being bought sight unseen before they even got here' according the them. The only reason was to take my interest. Spa City..........11/4/2015 We purchased a new spa from Jeff in March 2015; everything was great until about two weeks ago. Sounded like the motor was struggling since it was still under warranty I called and explained the sound to Jeff. He came out today (next day service) and took apart a few pipes only to discover a small packet had gotten into the motor entrance. When my wife got home today I told her what Jeff had found and she knew where it came from. Last week we used all natural spas cleaning agent to clean the pipes before draining this comes in small granular form and you let it sit for three days prior to draining the hot tub. Yes you remove the filter and apparently that is how this packet inside of the bottle to keep the granular fresh entered the hot tub. Since this was our fault and Jeff drove out to our house I totally expected a service charge. When I asked him how much he said" No Charge" I love the people at Spa City and wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a hot tub.
