I've had two floors done by Benny's and I can tell you they are the best value for the right price in the area. The service is spot on, they had a small issue with my sub flooring and fixed it right up at no extra charge. I love the carpet and it's lasted for years now. Great local company. read more

We had LVP flooring installed in our entire first floor. The whole process, from visiting the showroom in Evansville and making our choice, to the completion of the installation, was seamless. I must especially give credit to the installation crew. They were excellent! The installation took three days. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine. They were courteous, professional and did a wonderful job. We could not be happier with our new floors, and our experience with Benny's Flooring. I highly, highly recommend this business! read more

This is the worst flooring business in Evansville, Indiana. They are rude and very un-reliable. We have been working with them for about a month and a half, including picking out samples, phone calls, deciding on the flooring, making a down payment for half of the estimated price. They scheduled a time and a date that they would come out and tear up the carpeting and lay a floor down. Everything was ready. We moved all of the furniture out of the rooms, which was not an easy task. This was for my very elderly mom with dementia I might add. This was all very confusing for her and very stressful. Guess what, they never showed up. They were supposed to be at the house at 9 AM. When we called them around 10 to find out why they weren't there yet, the owner tried to blame it on his receptionist and the receptionist tried to blame it on the owner. The owner said I guess the receptionist didn't put it on my schedule. Which was a lie because we were standing right there when she did it. This was over two weeks ago, that the appointment was made. So we decided not to do business with them at all and ask for the $4000 deposit back. This was after the owner said that they didn't know when they could make it out to her house or how long it would be in the future. The receptionist did not want to take no for an answer after we kept saying we wanted to cancel. I finally lost my temper and demanded the money back. She was very rude. We never even received an apology. Even after I explained to them all of the stress that this has caused my mom. This was so uncalled for. So I will never ever recommend them to anyone. I wish zero stars was an option. They honestly don't deserve one. read more

The quote I got was almost double Home Depot's. I would have liked to support this local business, but price was too high. Plus, HD offered interest-free financing for 12 months. And I was very satisfied with their contractor's installation. read more

First time getting new carpet and contacted them. To my surprise I got a response back the same day, they sent someone to the house to measure and show me examples which was nice because I liked the convenience of it vs having to drive to them. The price was great and the installers were very fast, friendly and had half of my house done in a day. I was extremely pleased with my experience and will use them again in the future. read more

We bought a VERY good carpet for our house. At seven months, I had it cleaned to make sure I took great care of it. The cleaner pointed out a problem with the carpet, called carpet roll. I had neve heard if this, but had seen the difference in the carpet. I contacted Benny's, he came out and inspected the carpet and said he would file a claim with the carpet company. About 2 weeks later I got a call from my sales lady who said the carpet was going to cover the claim. Picked out another carpet and it has been installed at no charge. BENNY'S CAN'T BE BEAT. read more

I would recommend Benny's over anyone in the area. We built our house and they made the process so easy. When we finished our basement years later we went back to them. That process was just as easy. Not only are they a great family, they take care of their customers. read more

It is August 20. Benny's office called said the refunds was returned to them and was noted UNDELIVERABLE: ADDRESS UNKNOWN. My wife drove to their store at Newburgh and they gave her the refund. Just an update. read more

We've been going to this store because its local, not big box and good customer service. This week we ordered a rug pad, was given a quote and arranged to pick it up the next day in the Newburgh store. When I got home I noticed on the bill that they had added a $10 'cutting' charge? Really? How else were you going to sell it to me? The entire roll? I left a message for the Newburgh Store that wasn't returned. Its too bad but this $10 charge stuck on the bill without mention is the last $10 that Bennys Flooring will get from us. From now on its look elsewhere. I hope the $10 helped out. read more

Having built and sold new homes for almost 30 years I feel like I know a good product and service provider. Benny's supplied the carpeting for a new home I recently built and I could not have been more pleased. At first I thought some of the carpet had a discoloration issue, so I called Benny's regarding this and Benny came out personally and we both decided it was a shading issue with the lighting in the room. Quick prompt response. Doesn't get much better than that. Highly recommend for all your flooring needs. read more
