FireMaster helped us out when another pool contractor didn't blow out the main drain when winterizing the returns and skimmer line. The other company said you can't keep water out of the main drain so they don't blow them if water level is low enough and a pump is in place on pool cover. When I talked to Firemaster about it, having used them in the past but deviated this time around because they (firemaster) was booked at the time, Firemaster came out and cleared the main drain, closed main drain suction valve to create air lock, and added antifreeze to skimmer bucket where other company had not done that either.
