FireMaster quickly had the repair quote ready, but by the time we got the insurance check, Winter had arrived. No problem, FireMaster stood behind their 6-month-old quote, replacing the lining, adding a better pad under it, and including an important safety modification making it safer for our grandkids. Start to finish and ready for water before lunch! There's a reason most folks turn to FireMaster for pools, accessories, parts and support. This is one. Rob B - Chandler

Very reliable and professional service. They cut down huge oak tree right behind our house using…read morecrane. Not too long afterwards, a major limb fell onto a lower limb on the oak tree in front yard. It was just laying there precariously ready to slide off onto our power line and blocking our driveway! All it would take was a strong wind. I saw that the same crew was working on a tree where I pick up my daughter from school nearby. So called them up and they were there that early evening. They used their spider lift to tie the limb to lower one so it would not fall. The next day they came out with crane, removed, cut up and ground up smaller pieces. They hauled off larger ones with dump truck. I would definitley use them again. Would highly recommend!

Worth it on larger jobs…read more I agree the other review, that this company, and probably others, have an up-front charge to come to your house. It's not economical to do one item but makes sense if you can have a few items to do at a time. I've found Sprinklers Plus to be thorough, reliable and professional. They show up at the right time and do what you ask, but if they find something unplanned they may need to come back on another day. I believe the basic fee is $50 and then an hourly rate after that. I agree with the other recent review. You likely won't get a live person when you call, but need to leave a message. I've always had a return call the next day. I have not had to deal with any email messages. Sprinklers plus has been booked out a few weeks whenever I have called, so you'll need to get on their schedule.

Is there less than a 1 star review?…read more Do yourselves a favor and call anyone but this company. They NEVER return messages or phone calls unless there's money in it for them. They put in our system and they got paid for that and they'll come out and flush your system out in the fall and turn it on again in the spring but other than that, they are not helpful at all. If you have a problem, it's tough luck. I messaged them two times yesterday. No answer. And this wasn't the first time. They just don't reply. My husband called this morning and they told him they'd send him an email. Instead we got an email from Hydrawise (the company who made the controller) saying our controller was offline. NO KIDDING? We already knew that. I tried to call today 3 times and when I finally got a live person on the phone (because I didn't know my password) she actually hung up on me. Only after this did we get a password reset email from them. Hey Sprinklers Plus, YOU'RE FIRED!
