VanBeck does TERRIBLE service. They are contracted to spray the weeds along the rip rap around our…read morepond and are completely incompetent to complete this simple service. They claim they have sprayed the weeds three times over the past three months but the weeds are still green as ever and over 5 feet tall! I would NOT recommend them to anyone that wants quality service. When they trim our landscape shrubs, they butcher them badly and none of them are the same shape. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT employees at VanBeck.

Worth it on larger jobs…read more I agree the other review, that this company, and probably others, have an up-front charge to come to your house. It's not economical to do one item but makes sense if you can have a few items to do at a time. I've found Sprinklers Plus to be thorough, reliable and professional. They show up at the right time and do what you ask, but if they find something unplanned they may need to come back on another day. I believe the basic fee is $50 and then an hourly rate after that. I agree with the other recent review. You likely won't get a live person when you call, but need to leave a message. I've always had a return call the next day. I have not had to deal with any email messages. Sprinklers plus has been booked out a few weeks whenever I have called, so you'll need to get on their schedule.

Is there less than a 1 star review?…read more Do yourselves a favor and call anyone but this company. They NEVER return messages or phone calls unless there's money in it for them. They put in our system and they got paid for that and they'll come out and flush your system out in the fall and turn it on again in the spring but other than that, they are not helpful at all. If you have a problem, it's tough luck. I messaged them two times yesterday. No answer. And this wasn't the first time. They just don't reply. My husband called this morning and they told him they'd send him an email. Instead we got an email from Hydrawise (the company who made the controller) saying our controller was offline. NO KIDDING? We already knew that. I tried to call today 3 times and when I finally got a live person on the phone (because I didn't know my password) she actually hung up on me. Only after this did we get a password reset email from them. Hey Sprinklers Plus, YOU'RE FIRED!
