Evansville, IN 47725. They started our bathroom remodeling on 10/27/19, promised to finish in 3~4 weeks, requested payment upfront (we paid total of $13150). Now more than 4 months later, they still did not finish our bathroom. The owner/representative, Bruce Biggerstaff Jr, was good with answering calls, questions, and texts, etc. at the beginning, but now he would not answer anything. He needs to either finish the job or refund a part of our money, but all he does now is simply to ignore us. Yesterday, I had to use my work phone to call him for him to answer, then he just made an excuse to call me back, but never did after that. I tried to call again several times, no answers... This is not over and we will continue to fight for our rights. We will provide further updates as things go. Overall our recommendation to your, do not hire this company or anything associated with this Bruce person. If you have to use him, make sure you have a written contract with a specific deadline and make certain you withhold a substantial amount of payment (if not all) before everything is finished!!!

Not once did this business owner say or disclose to my father how much or if their even was a service charge, until he is standing in the kitchen demanding money and to be paid, when he had only just arrived. my father said I thought you would give me and estimate first, and that's when the owner's entire attitude changed. he instantly raised his voice yelling you knew you would have to pay, my father said you never disclosed that and the owner said I don't have too you should know. that's when I came to try an talk with the owner to figure out the miscommunication and he stated again I'm not leaving until being paid. I told him I am a childcare business and have children present he needed to leave and he said not until I'm paid for wasting my time. I apologized for the miscommunication on my father's part, but he didn't care all he wanted was money for not doing anything. I finally got in to leave the building and go outside so, I could make sure the childcare was safe and children weren't scared. As soon as when all 3 went outside, the owner instantly started cussing us out and yelling, over talking me and wouldn't listen. For the safety of my father and the childcare, I told him if he didn't leave I would call the police, he said fine but I'm writing you up a invoice. even though again this owner did nothing at all, but wanted money. after police were called and and me taking his van photo of him driving off, not waiting for police he then called the business trying to pretend to be someone else then hung up. This entire situation could have been politely discussed and resolved respectfully if this owner would have been professional enough to have a normal conversation about a simple miscommunication of an elderly person, but instead he bullied this elderly man and tried to get money for doing nothing. such a sad world we live in and how people treat or scam older people. I would never recommend this person or company to anyone after this happening to my father and him refusing to leave the childcare and scaring children. just awful.
