The fence builders and the owner Josh are professional, and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a quality fence installed at a fair price. My Girlfriend and I love our new fence, and so does our dog.

I have never hired a fence contractor before so maybe this is normal but I'll let you decide. I…read moreshopped around at a couple of places once I noticed my dogs could somehow get out of the chain link fence I had on my new house. Griffin fence was the lowest of the bids so I decided to go with them. 2 weeks was what I was told before they could start working. I was required to pay half of the price upfront...which made me nervous but I did it anyway...6ft wood privacy fence treated wood. Sounds good right. However I was never shown an example of what it would look like. So after a week I decided to call an ask. And I also never received a date on when they would start. I need to do other work on my property but the fence needs to get fixed first. I was told on that call to look up dog eat fence at lowes and that's what it will look like. They also told me they would be starting work on that Thursday and it would take approximately 3 days to removed the chain link fence and install the privacy fence. Not really ideal because I have dogs but I'm sure concrete has to cure and stuff. Thursday comes and goes. No work being done. So I decide to call on Friday and see what's up. I call and they said they would be out in Monday. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they blamed it on the amount of rain we have had so they are behind. About 15 minutes after that call ended someone called me back and said they would be out on on Sunday to start because they wanted to spend the day with their daughter on her birthday.......Sunday comes. 10,11,12,1,2 o'clock no workers. So I call again!! I'm told they will be at my home shortly. I said it's already 2pm. 215 they show up and by 315 they have already quit for the day. Now I have no fence at all and it's all laying in a pile in my front yard. Now it's Monday. Still no workers. I woke up at 9am thinking workers would be here around 10. Took the dogs to the park because I have no fence to let them into the backyard. Got home at noon. No workers. I called again!!! See the pattern... And I was told they had to run some errands and would be here shortly. I once again expressed my dissatisfaction. It's now 245. Still no work being done!!! I wish I could give you a review on their actual work, but I haven't seen any! Btw they cashed my check for the initial down payment weeks ago. Other wise I'd tell them to cancel everything

I signed up for a free estimate, a lady called me and got me scheduled 7 days out, She was NOT transparent about possible cancelation, I wasnt warned even a little. My appointment was canceled and I ask why, they did NOT say because of scheduling density, they said after looking over my file they think its best I contact a general contractor. I ask them why, but they did not give me a proper answer, they said scheduling density but i was never offered a reschedule. This was my first hand customer experience with them. I do not recommend. Update 5/14/2026 I'm not sure which profile you took a look at sir or which address, but I do NOT own a mobile home nor did i ask for a estimate on a deck, i asked for estimate on a fence around a regular home, and I already got a "proper" response from the owner yesterday on why it was canceled, he said it was solely because it wasn't work he can "safely and appropriately take on". I have receipts/screenshots of his response as well. I dont know exactly what he means by what he said but I do not wish to address this issue any further, I only responded to clear up false information. Thank you.

I had accepted working with him and he worked me and never paid. It was only three hours but the…read moreagreement was he would pay me ten$$ an hr. I am homeless and I needed the money and he knew that I "needed help" in his words. He took me and my belongings to his house, smoked dope all day and nite, that was the first red flag, I was mentioning to him that I didn't understand why other would ask me to lie and he said what about, I proceeded to tell him the lady at the animal shelter said she'd help me with dog food but told me when she asked me to lie about me giving the dog food to a raccoon I've been trying to feed that hangs out around my camp, and she knows I am not going to lie so why would she ask me what I need the dog food for. His response was to laugh at me and call me crazy. I teared up cause I haven't felt so bullied in my adult years and told him that was rude and he shouldn't call other crazy or laugh at them, he replied it's jus a saying and I said okay it's just a saying then what if I say "you're a bitch" we was driving to his job site leaving all my belongings at his house sixty miles from the job, he then said I will pack ur stuff and bring it to u. He made me wait over a week to get my clothes, medications, and forms of id. When I did get them he didn't return a few things and one of those things was a dual fast speed wall charger he'd borrowed the nite before, it's costed $22. I messaged and he said he get it to me so I told him I would be in town on a specific date and would only be able to get it on that day. I reminded him to not forget on the specific date I will be needing to get it and no text back until four days later. I waited in town for three days he know I have no place to stay on the forth I left town to go stay with my daughter since I'm also recovering from a major surgery. I've messaged and told him since he went threw all my belongings and kept things he knew I needed and also withheld wages I was going to report the situation. He looks for "people to help" as he stated, but his actions tell me he's looking for women who needs help or are homeless to take advantage of. If he wouldn't have smoked meth so much he prolly would've made better choices. I want other to know I needed the help and he jus made it as hard as he could on me knowing I'd jus had major surgery, needed a place, shower, and a friend. He uses his business to lure women saying he can help them with cash, I'm that woman that works with my hands, I don't do under jobs to keep this pg. I sure needed that ten bucks an hr he said he'd pay me but it's now been two months and still nothing, no wall charger that he claims he can afford or compensation for my work. CAREFUL, He smoked meth and leave his paraphernalia where he works, so if it your house he doesn't care bout u or ur children. Don't trust u won't have it in ur property when he leaves the work site. Don't be a dummy like me, looks are deceiving and now u know!
