Most impressive to me, however, wasn't any of the above, but how this company is run from the top by incredible example. Brandon's communication is very dependable while also very unobtrusive. He drops into jobs to make sure the standards are held high--he'll even get his hands dirty himself to get things done properly. He doesn't bait and switch you on pricing, even to his own consequence. He is more helpful and accommodating than quite possibly any other company owner I've met. After sharing quite a bit of time and words with him, it's quite apparent why his company is considered one of the best of the best in south Indiana. He has worked hard to maintain the strong reputation he has come to have, both with new and longtime customers--one of which I believe I'll be for a long time to come.

I asked how much of an adder he was talking about and he guesstimated 10-12 hours at $59 per hour. When the final bill came in, he had added 50 hours. Homeowners ask for an estimate for a reason, contractors should keep us informed if there are changes to that estimate. To add an extra 38-40 hours at $59 per hour, without letting us know ahead of time, was not good business. From what I can tell, the quality of the work is good but we're not happy about the unexpected adder.
