As a responsible home owner, we also got quotes from other companies. I sent the estimator an email telling him we had chosen another company for the roof job but hasnt received his quote fir the basement. He responded that he was waiting on my decision on the roof and that Head's would pass on even quoting on the basement project. I feel this is unprofessional and vindictive. Their price on the roof was 10% higher than one of the other companies we received a quote from.

We were on this side of town and swung by just to ask Champion about it, and the nice guy there just gave us a piece for me to pop right in the window. He said if it gave us any trouble, he'd happily send someone out, but nope, it worked great -- problem fixed in less than a minute!

Champion required $130 prepayment before they would schedule someone to come out to look at this. So much for the lifetime warranty. The service man from Champion just left taking less than 5 minutes to correct the detached piece. He stated this was a common problem for customers. The pictures I sent showed the problem, yet no one on the phone explained how easy it is to fix the problem. If this is a common problem , why isn't there a video available that could have been sent instead of having to pay $130 for a service call that took less than 5 minutes. Champion is an untrustworthy, criminal company. I could not be more disgusted with their business tactics.
