I purchased gutters from Midwest in June of 2024, by September 2024 I need new gutters. Everything appeared great at first, until I started noticing issues with the gutters and downspouts leaking. I reached out to Steven Raymen and he assured me everything would be taken care of. As of September they have stopped communicating with me and have failed to hold up their 12 month maintenance/installation contract. I have had several contractors come review the work and they have all said the same thing "this is one of the worst gutters jobs they have ever seen and the company should not be installing gutters". Midwest installer did not properly seal the downspouts causing them to leak. They also damaged the drip line and roof around my residence. Additionally, they installed the gutter guards in front of the drip edge causing water to pour behind the gutters when it rains and exposing our Fascia to moisture. When informed of this, Steven stated our flashing did not come down far enough. This was incorrect and was never an issue with my previous gutters. This statement shows that Midwest gutters and Steven lack the knowledge to properly install gutters. The gutters aesthetically look nice. But they were installed incorrectly and do not function. If you have or know someone who has had gutters installed by Midwest Gutter & Filter Solutions please have a second company review their work.

We have lived in our home for twenty years, and when our roof developed its second leak, we decided to look seriously at getting the roof replaced. Ryan from Dane was very responsive to our request for an estimate, and his estimate was detailed, professional-looking, and (most importantly) about $2000 less than the other three estimates we got. His crew was here when promised, did a good job of protecting the house and the landscaping when they did the demolition of the old roof, and diligent about getting the new one on, to the point that I had to ask them to get off the roof when a thunderstorm was rolling through, because I didn't want them to get struck by lightning. There was some damage to our window screens on the back side of the house because of falling shingles, and Ryan replaced those screens at no cost to us.
