He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what had happened. He also installed a protective fuse to help prevent the same issue from damaging the part again in the future. The repair was reasonably priced, and we felt it was a great value for the quality of service we received. We really appreciate his prompt, knowledgeable service and would definitely recommend G.R. Our heat pump went out late on a Friday night. We called Saturday morning and after a discussion…read morewith Wyatt we decided we could make it to Monday. The decision was made because if a special part was needed to fix our unit the parts house would be closed on the weekend and the unit couldn't be fixed anyway. Monday morning came and Wyatt and Chris Crawford came and it was found that the A coil had a broken nut and all the Freon was lost. a new A coil was not to be had locally so one was ordered from Texas. In the meantime Chris offered a window unit he had at his house to get us through one of the hottest heat spells of the year. Wyatt was going by Chris's house to another job and picked it up and brought it to my house and put it in. The part shipped in and the unit was repaired. Note Chris and Wyatt went above and beyond to try to keep my wife and I comfortable. This is why I highly recommend Ray's!!
