Have been using new fireplace(gas) for a few weeks now. Last night made a horrific sound, turned it on/off a few times same sound. Called this morning no one can come til Dec 9, 2025. We've had it 3months and they cant bother to get someone out any sooner, worried about the cold this weekend! We use it for a major source of heat to cut our center point electric bill.
