I asked him who he recommends. He advised in his contractor business, he uses Payne's. I called Payne's and spoke to a very kind lady on the phone around 9am. I informed her of my situation. She advised they had a full day scheduled for the day but she would contact the boss and call me back. I received a return phone call around 1pm. He said they could come right then and get me taken care of. Two gentleman showed up. They both had great personalities and very friendly. They were even more proficient and professional in their skills. An hour and half later I had a new water heater and new valve. The cost was more than fair. I highly recommend this business.

We had several days without water and had a couple of plumbers out each day for estimates (Two local plumbers never even returned our call!) I contacted T.Baskett&Son plumbing and could not be happier with their service! Ted Baskett Jr. came out immediately, patiently answered all my questions, gave a GREAT estimate and returned the same day to do the work. Within a few hours he had the line replaced and we are back to normal :) I highly recommend Ted Baskett and will make sure I contact him first for any repairs in the future. :)

I said absolutely not since this is a new toilet that I bought from them. They said that they would not charge me for the service since they couldn't find the problem. Yesterday, I received a bill for $195. :( I will not be using their services again. BTW, Payne Plumbing came by and said that I needed a new toilet so apparently the one that A1 sold me was bad because it works now.
