The sales girl was very knowledgeable gave great recommendations on what to get and not get as we have small children. Helped us figure out how many gallons we had and gave suggestions on usage per the directions and her knowledge. The pool store will also allow you to bring in a water sample and test to see what you need to fix your problems. We spent a pretty penny to establish our first time pool supplies but feel like it was money well spent. This will be our go to from now on!

Installation was originally scheduled for May 20, then delayed to May 23 and June 14. We were ultimately ghosted by Pool King, the installer recommended--and only installer provided--by All America Pool. We had to find our own installer and pick up the pool ourselves. The new installer began June 29, but missing and incorrect parts delayed completion until July 27. Once the correct parts arrived, installation took a total of three days. When we picked up the pool an opened box was missing about half the bottom rails and all top rails, while the included bottom rails were incorrect. We mentioned the open box while it was loaded and was reassured he checked and nothing was missing.Correct rails were ordered around July 6 but did not arrive until July 21, causing additional delays, expenses, and multiple 45-minute trips to the store. Our additional out-of-pocket costs totaled approximately $3,580, including the new installer, sand, installation materials, leg blocks, pump sand we believed was included, about 8,000 gallons of wasted water, and gas. Since installation had been quoted at approximately $1,600--with only deeper excavation and lime expected to cost extra--we incurred roughly $1,980 in unexpected expenses. We requested coverage for the uninstall and reinstall, a replacement liner if needed, a cleaner, and 20%-25% restitution. We ultimately agreed to $500 as a compromise. All America Pool provided the correct rails and liner cleaner and paid for the uninstall and reinstall. We appreciate that the company honored the $500 agreement, although the payment was delayed from the week of August 3 until a check dated August 26. This was never about needing the money; it was about accountability, inconvenience, and unexpected costs caused by issues outside our control. We were also told the requested compensation was limited because the company made only about $1,380 in profit, but a company's profit margin should not determine fair compensation for customer problems. Overall, multiple installation delays, being ghosted by the recommended installer, incorrect and missing parts, wasted materials and water, extra expenses, and communication issues made this purchase unnecessarily difficult. This was suppose to be an exciting experience that we have worked very hard for. We hope All America Pool improves its ordering urgency if this should happen again (I am sure atleast one other person has the wrong bottom rails, since we have theirs. We were told to keep the incorrect rails. Not sure what we are going to do with them, but), inventory, loading, installation referrals, and customer service, while taking greater accountability for the products and services it sells. We appreciate the steps Michelle and the company ultimately took, but customers should know the full experience before purchasing.
