I went with my family to take my nephews here for some much needed play time. We are starting to go stir crazy in this winter. Only a couple more weeks left of winter y'all. This is such an adorable place, tucked back inside a plaza. The hours are amazing. The staff is very kind. Prices are good. $12/kid per day. Or I was looking at their membership packages of $15 a month of unlimited play or one flat payment of $150/year. Pretty cheap for what you receive. When it is warm, there is an outside playground area, putting green, different activities outside. Inside, there is a basketball court with many basketball hoops, many playground stations and trampolines. If anything, you have to watch out for parents that ARE NOT watching their kids. I got destroyed by this little girl on a scooter and her parents were nowhere to be found. May kids were plowed when I was pushing my nephews on the swings because they were just running around everywhere with their parents nowhere in sight. I would definitely be back. This is a great place for my toddler to burn off energy in the cold winter months. I love that they have multiple trampolines set up as well. The basketball court area is a nice touch as well. It's $9/play. The playgrounds here are quite expensive, so I'm glad there is a way for my son to enjoy all the kinds of slides without me commiting to one paritcular set for the house. I have been on weekday afternoons only, so it has been nice and fairly open. I could not imagine going during a birthday party. Most of the playgrounds are for kids who are probably 4+ as they are higher and the climbs/steps to get up top are wider, so make sure to keep an eye on the children. There is a required waiver and you can fill it out online on their site if you want to save some time. Drinks and food are only allowed outdoors, so keep that in mind. read more

Nice indoor area for kids to play! We went on a Friday at 10 am and it wasn't super crowded so we were able to enjoy all the play equipment, basketball hoop area and trampolines with little to no wait. I paid $18 for two kids which I feel is a reasonable price for no time limit. They did explain that socks needed to be worn at all times or could be purchased for $4. The equipment was overall very slippery and kinda hard for my 3 & 5 year old to climb so I recommend this place for slightly older children as the equipment was rather high up for them to climb on too. They did really enjoy jumping on the trampolines. FYI the slides are really fast which they did tell me beforehand so be on the ready to catch your kid or they will fly past you! What a great space! We were invited to an event here and really enjoyed everything they had to offer. After taking off shoes and signing a play waiver, it was off to check out all of the swing sets and their amenities (slides, swings, climbing structures, monkey bars, ramps, tire swings, and more), trampolines (some with basketball hoops), a basketball area, plus all sorts of wheeled toys to zip around on - scooters with blinking lights and more. I first went to Recreations Outlet in January. Cold day + indoor playground = obvious choice for my toddler. While we were there we realized how cool this place really is. 1. Talk about a GENIUS idea--using the playground stockroom equipment as a place for kids to play. 2. There's so much space for kids to run around and have a blast. We decided that day to immediately book my 3 year olds birthday party. We got to have 16 kids for the party room and bring in our own food for a couple hundred bucks. It was the EASIEST birthday party. I bring pizzas and all the kids show up and let their kids have a blast. The staff was amazing. The equipment was safe and clean. Everyone had the time of their lives. We LOVE recreational outlet ! Whenever we take our kids in here ; 1 and 4 year old boys, they enjoy it! My oldest son is obsessed with their light up scooter wheels and my youngest loves the trampoline , slides and swings. I like that they have a basketball court. The staff went out of their way to be condescending to the kids when they were being kids! It seems reasonable for a 5 year old to forget the socks rule and take them off. He was beyond helpful - he answered all of my questions and was so prompt. In fact, the service was so good two other friends also used Rec Outlets to purchase a trampoline from him. The installers were amazing and the kids LOVE the trampoline. We discovered this Local Hero of a business at a show held at the State of Ohio Fairgrounds. We were just looking around and fell in love with the portable plug and play type hot tubs. The financing was amazing and helped make the dream purchase come true. Delivery and set up was professional beyond description! We enjoyed the tub at our home for a year and then bought a new house and just had to take it with us. Anthony helped again arrange pick up and delivery at our new home. My kids love this place. They are a showroom for outdoor play items like basketball hoops and play sets. The floor has green turf and your kids can run around and climb on all the different play sets. Play sets are more for preschool or higher. The trampolines each have a basketball hoop in there. You can even have a birthday party here. Every time we go during the week for a quick playtime it is never crowded. Always just a couple of kids to play with some new friends but never enough for me to worry about losing my kids in a crowd. read more

Great for a cold or rainy day. It is a 30 minute drive for us but it is totally worth it! You pay a minimal entrance fee and can stay as long as you want. My 6 and 4 year olds could have stayed for hours. Who doesn't love a temperature controlled playground?! The equipment was very clean and well taken care of. The bathrooms were also very clean. Best trampoline ever. We just moved into a new home and had Recreations Outlet move our trampoline and build us a new mulch pit. We also purchased a new basketball hoop for the driveway. I got a punch card from Groupon for $20 (normally $42) and its for 6- 2hr free play visits. Only thing is there could be more seating/benches along the walls for moms and kids to rest on. I found out about this place from Groupon where I purchased six sessions of two hours each for a total of $25. Awesome place to take the kids when weather is cold or rainy. You can also have birtnday parties here! There are about 6-7 different playgrounds and 4 trampolines (only two people allowed in at a time). This is also the showroom for the company, they sell playground sets, trampolines, backyard sports practice equipment, basketball hoops for all ages, ping-pong tables, Foosball tables, and hot tubs. Only thing you cannot test out are the hot tubs. Excellent layout. Children must take off shoes for trampolines but can keep shoes on for playgrounds. I noticed most just kept their shoes off for everything. There's a basketball court where you can test out the hoops for all ages and sizes. My two year old was even able to find a hoop for him and a basketball that fit into his hands. He was in love! In the back there is a place with fake.grass and two setups to throw footballs in which they bounce back to you and a soccer goal. The room in the back has a ping pong and Foosball table and then you enter the hot tub sales area. My son enjoyed his first two hour session and we are both looking forward to returning. Received a year long pass from RO and have been there on 3 different occasions... basically the outlet sells playgrounds to individuals, schools, daycares, parks etc... the play area doubles as a showroom for RO's product.... kids can choose from 4 different size trampolines, a smaller basketball floor with 5 or 6 hoops at adjustable heights, multiple playground sets (at least 10) made of redwood that include slides, ladders, monkey bars, forts, play areas, and lookout scopes... the area is pretty large I'd say maybe 40 Yards x 50 Yards so there is a ton of space for kids to run around and choose what they want to do.... RO also offers a area with goals if soccer is your thing and bounce back nets if you want to throw balls... there are plenty of balls in the facility to play with... the trampolines are very popular and offer kids opportunity to jump or even play hoop inside the netted structures...all of the RO's product that are demo'd on the floor are for sale...also kids have the option of rolling on the number of scooters in the facility....I'm also sure if you want to that RO offers babysitting service as well... not sure on price, but most parents just follow their little ones around...I did not see a concessions area, however, did see a soda vending machine... get over to RO for a affordable play date with your kid(s), kids will have a blast & I'm sure you will enjoy the experience.... read more

I would not recommend RecreationS Outlet for purchase or installation of a playground. I shopped around for awhile and decided on Recreations Outlet for our playground, as I wanted to support a local business. I called and was informed that there was a two week installation time, which was perfect as I was purchasing for a child's birthday in April. I made the purchase online the same day and received no communication. After a week I contacted the store and they told me my installation was scheduled for five weeks out and the information was sent via text to the wrong phone number. I was frustrated, but understanding as I assumed an increase in orders with Ohio's stay at home order. I was ensured they would do their best to move up the date and I would be contacted prior to the installation. After a few weeks, I reached again and was told I would be contacted if date was changed. The business day prior to the install I contacted the store again because I had no time frame for install or information, the lady that answered the phone stated she did not have any information and did not know who to contact as she was the store manager. Day of install, no call prior just a crew showed up, luckily when I was home. I was extremely disappointed with the professionalism of the crew as they laid in my backyard putting pieces together, smoking cigarettes and taking selfies. A few hours after they arrived, I noticed they were gone. They never informed me they completed the install, offered no information or walk through, threw the extra swing in the yard and left multiple large screws in our drive way. When I went outside to look at the swing set I was shocked by what I saw. Screws were exposed throughout the structure and not drilled in at a 90 degree angle and reamed through the hole which caused damage, the handle bar that is used to pull yourself up the stairs was not even secured, the door at the bottom of the structure was unable to close, and other issues throughout. Huge safety issues for a structure built for children to play on. I immediately contacted the store with my concerns and disappointments. I was informed because of the increase of sales, their crews are doing three installs per day which was the reason for rushing through the work. I was informed Greg would be out the next day. Greg came out, we did a walk through and he informed me he would be out to fix the issues that was May 5th, no repairs have been made as promised. Requests for Greg's contact information have gone unreturned. At this point, I am unsure if anyone plans on addressing the issues or if they are done with the job. I would have never paid for installation had I known this was going to be the result. I am very disappointed with the overall product and let down by the customer service Recreation Outlet has provided throughout this process as this was not a cheap product to purchase. Again, I would highly suggest purchasing elsewhere if you are looking for a playground or other recreation product. read more

Recreations Outlet is where we bought our 13' round Springfree Trampoline last summer. I swore I'd never buy a trampoline, but Springfree makes a trampoline without the hard edges. The materials are the highest quality and it even looks nice in the yard. My kids were starting to get bored playing outside before we bought it, and now they love to go outside and jump. Today they put on a trampoline show with all their silly tricks. Recreations Outlet salespeople are helpful, honest, and organized. A year later and now I'm shopping for a basketball hoop and someday we may get a hot tub. I trust Recreations Outlet because I trust the brands they carry. read more

Our family recently purchased a hot tub and basketball hoop from Recreations Outlet. The facility is amazing with a plenty of options. We worked with Anthony and he helped us make our choices. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. He has been responsive to all of our questions and even helped us find an electrician to wire the tub. The installation crew did a great job fitting the hot tub into a pretty tight spot and worked very quickly. I brought my two and half year old here. It was a pretty good experience. The swing sets were fun for him for a little while, although a little too big for him and he enjoyed the trampoline. Overall, it's probably a place better suited for kids 4-8 years old. Unfortunately, their website does not tell you that there is a $5 minimum charge to use a credit card, so you must bring cash if you're coming on $2 days. We ended up having to pay the full $5, very frustrating. I would rate the cleanliness of the place a 3/5. Also, the people running it were not very kid-friendly. read more

Steve at the location was short in communication. It takes 6 weeks for delivery - not terrible, but wow. I was told I would have to pay almost $400 for replacement and installation because this was an act of God and not covered.
