The park was clean and fun for kids and adults. Food was good too. Brayden was amazing! His hospitality was outstanding.

Two birthdays here so far, so must be a win! Not cheap for a bday for 10 but also not a bad deal either. Few hundred dollars for a room, pizza and full open jump and games for two hours. So... overall pretty good!!! The venue has been updated since our first visit, they've added some obstacles and climbing walls, so they're maximizing the usage of their space, which is very nice to have as many options as possible for the kiddos to jump, climb and do some obbies! I do enjoy that for the bdays, they seem to know what they're doing and have some organized processes to ensure birthday room activites start at a specific time and food comes out on time and all that. Also very nice as it's a kids venue so I'm sure it's hard to keep staff and also have them all on the same page to ensure smooth ops. Overall the kids had a great time and love coming here. Would highly recommend for a birthday or even just a subscription to get some energy out!!! read more

if you jump for an hour just know your wait time for attractions means you have about 40 minutes to jump. The place is understaffed. My kids had 2 min left and were turned away from an attraction bc their time would be up by the time they would be strapped in. They had already waited in line 5 min. When I asked to the manager he said I could just buy more time and said the time was over and the clock couldn't be rewound. He missed the point that time was not up. He was young and disrespectfu. The point is customer service. I've submitted feednack many times about staffing and never hear back. I was kind until he he smarted off. I'm good with leaving when time is up. That's the rules but don't say kids can't get on with 2 minutes left after they've waited 5 min. Just let them finish that ride and leave. It costs you nothing to do that. read more

Big Air is a wonderful place! They have a wide array of activities for all ages, including interactive trampoline games, dogeball, 10+ climbing structures, a zipline, and more! As a 18 year old, I adore this place so much - me and my boyfriend go at least once a year on a Saturday and purchase a $35 all day pass, which is well worth it for the amount of activities they offer. I can't personally speak on the reviews about parties, but I can speak on the staff & busyness. Personally, I would recommend going closer to the morning slots - when it'll tend to be less busy. We came around 10AM (opening) on Saturday, and were immediately helped and checked in within 5 minutes. A personal shout out to the manager, Josh, for being extremely helpful and welcoming from giving us a discount for a special event to helping get a new wristband when mine was a bit too tight! Overall, I would absolutely recommend the coming to this establishment no matter your age, it is absolutely always a joy for me and my boyfriend! :) read more

My kids love this place. Actually I like it a lot too! I've done this both ways- for one of our visits, I paid to play with the kids and dhten the next time we went, they brought a friend, so I just sat down at a table. I appreciate the public wifi and food and drink options. But mostly, I appreciate that this is a safe place with a variety of activities for the kids to do. There is a great high ropes course, which we tried once, but it was a little too intense for my kids. They like all of the trampoline-related activities. There are several trampolines just to jump on, but also activities like mini-bball courts, a rolling log to walk across with a rope to hold onto, a mini-zipline, dodgeball court, and a couple of other games involving trampolines. Although it's a bit pricey ($30 for 2 hours per child, or $35 for all day), there are certain days/times with better deals. I think my kids would really enjoy the Friday or Saturday night 7-10pm session that costs about the same, but it's dark and blacklit. You do have to supervise your children here. This is not a free for all. We have not had a problem with this whatsoever, but I just thought I'd mention it as a helpful hint. read more

This place is tons of fun! We enjoyed the trampolines, foam pits, zip line, and climbing walls. There is so much to do we didn't have time to do it all. We missed out on the slam dunk courts, launch pads, freestyle courts, and the mechanical bull. But we did stop and take a break to grab food at their concession area. Pricing was reasonable and the wait time was pretty short considering all the hungry kiddos running around. Overall I would say the pricing is worth it for the amount of play and attractions they offer. We'll definitely be back again when we have more time. read more

Took my daughter here for a birthday party and this was our first time here. I really like the atmosphere also there are plenty of games and activities for the kiddos. Most of the attractions were up and running and not out of order. They also have a nice area for several birthday parties if you choose to do so. There is a snack bar I didn't get anything from there because the party that we went too had pizza from the snack bar and the pizza was pretty good. We visited Big Air, which is part of Polaris Parkway Mall. My niece and nephew really wanted to do some fun activities during their trip to the states, so what more fun than an all-in-one jump jump, arcade, and obstacle course?! We were the only customers the whole time, granted we were here right when they opened. It was also a beautiful clear, sunny and nice day in Columbus so I imagine many people were doing outdoor activities. Anyway, we felt like we rented out the whole place! They were a bit understaffed (like 2 employees and a manager working this early shift). When the kids were ready for the zip line, we had to notify them at the front desk so that they could monitor them. Also, the concession stand was not staffed and so again we had to notify the front desk to send someone over. Overall the kids had a great time. We would definitely be back! It probably would had been more fun if there were other kids to join in on the fun. Pricing is interesting. We paid by the hour but it would be more price advantageous to get one of the many packages they were offering. I suggest checking them all out first to ensure you get the best deal possible. read more

Staff is so unmotivated. Zero smiles. Zero fun. Zero care. It is insane to see so many employees working at a kids place that have little energy and give nothing positive to the kids. The rope climbing is ridiculous at best. The height requirement needs to be raised and enforced. You get one kid who gets up there and gets scared and the other kids end up standing on a tiny platform for upwards of 20 minutes. It took parents to demand that they get someone up there to help the sobbing kids. Then they get one. There were at least three kids terrified. There is no one monitoring the dodge ball. So there are bloody noses, fights, crying as there are 5 year olds being pummeled by 12 year olds. This place needs a complete overhaul. Starting with hiring a caring, concerned, friendly and fun staff. read more

They have "toddler time" from 10-1. Perfect time to bring my 3 yr old for some fun. Not crowded at all. Only thing is the trash cans had food/drinks in them from the night before and were kind of smelly. Also there were a couple drinks and some trash on the floor from the night before as well. If I had to capture this place in one word I would describe it as chaotic. From the check in process to the venue itself. It's much smaller in person. The check in line had one area for you to sign waivers then you had to get back in line to check in. The lines were insanely long. It took nearly 20 minutes just to get inside. Once inside you rarely saw any of the staff out on the actual floor monitoring what was going on. You have teenagers, and even some adults, diving into jumping pits with small children. I would not feel comfortable bringing my small son here again; however, if I had a teen then it's perfectly fine as long as they can be mindful of small kids running around them. The birthday party set up is very public and the set up is odd. It seems very rushed. I would NEVER host my kid's party here. My son didn't find his all of classmates until the party was almost over. This is an excerpt of e-mail that was sent to Big Air Corp. I'm not even sure where to start but I will say this, I will never, ever, schedule a birthday party at your business ever again. I will also never, ever, suggest your business for a birthday. As a matter of fact I will go out of my way to tell people to avoid your business and also be submitting negative reviews on google, facebook and the BBB. You're probably asking yourself what would drive me to be so upset? Well let me share with you why. If I could sum up the experience we had most recently in two words they'd be chaotic nightmare. We had our sons birthday party there last year and it was great. The lines weren't bad, the service was great, the place wasn't too busy, the kids got game cards and the list goes on. This year we were met with immediate disasters with nothing but lines everywhere. There were lines at the wavier kiosks, lines at the main entrance as well as huge lines at the party check in. You could tell that the staff was ran down, frustrated and simply exhausted from dealing with too many people. I saw the AGM getting yelled at several times from unhappy guests. I feel really bad for the workers. That was actually one of the few bright spots, your employees. They were getting abused left and right because the business is WAY under staffed but they maintained a sunny disposition and soldiered on. I'd like to commend Shaki, Naomi (AGM) and Mercedes for taking care of our guests and I the best that they could. The schedule for our event was jump time from 4-6pm and then food at 5pm and room at 6pm. How does this make any sense? Hey here's your food but you have no where to eat it because your room won't be ready until 6pm. And mind you, there were so many people there at your facility there was no where to go comfortably to wait and gather stuff. We had 16 kids and prob 15 adults there with birthday gifts, treats, coats, etc and we were stuffed onto one picnic table. Super fun and super comfortable. Let's go in to play time. When I say there was a ton of people I mean there was probably twice as many people there that should've been. It was insane. While standing next to the dodgeball area I saw numerous kids get injured because it was a free for all and there was just no where to go. There was no safe place for my 3 yo daughter to play. My six yo boy and his friend were both injured in the dodgeball area too. Again, just too many kids and no safe place for younger children. Also no employees watching out and managing the crowds because the facility was under staffed. Then let's go over to the Ninja Warrior climbing area. You had one, yeah one, person staffed there. Absolute crap show. You had one person gearing people up with harnesses and that same person was hooking people up and sending them on their way. Kind of feel like this is unsafe due to the fact that you have kids dangling 25 feet in the air. The same one person busting their butt to crank through the line and keep people happy probably wasn't putting his best foot forward to ensure the safety of each child that was going through. Then let's talk about the girl who was stuck on the zip line part dangling two stories in the air and no one to help her. How could the one person working effectively do their job and keep people safe? Such a mess. Let's go to the room and food. Room was cleaned pretty poorly. There were literally crumbs all over the little round table for either cake or gifts., We didn't use it because it was nasty. They ran out of the cookie cakes. They ran out of all juice. And our pizza was a half hour late. We ended up loosing half our party guests because kids were loosing their minds because they were starving. We ended up letting them eat cupcakes because they were so hungry, And due to that we didn't sing happy birthday to my son because there was no cupcakes left to do it properly. Unbelievable. Again the staff was trying to do what they could but there's only so much they could do. Ticket counter was also understaffed and a crap show. My brother and my niece waited for over a half hour to turn in tickets. After they spent money getting the game cards that you guys got rid of from LY. Again, I want to personally thank Shaki, Naomi (AGM) and Mercedes for being amazing and facing such a mess. These three girls deserve more than my shout out..... wink wink hint hint. read more

We had my sons birthday October 8, it was the worse experience ever! It was total mess. Nobody cares. No service at all. Server dropped pizza in a table upside down and put it back in a table. And of course refused to bring a new one. No room was assigned to us in time. They can't control number of people. They had way too many customers inside , staff can't handle. Total mess. I can't even describe how bad it was. Really, the party wasn't fun at all. We sweet so exhausted. I will never recommend it again read more

I agree with the previous reviews and unfortunately did not see these before booking my party. There was way too many kids there for the kids to have fun and a lot of attractions kept closing. Very little staff to help with crowd control. We were called back late for our pizza while everyone was already melting down and hungry and didn't have all our food. We had to keep getting our own refills and flagging someone down to get help. I would not recommend scheduling a party here because it did not turn out as stress free as it was advertised. read more
