It looks like it could provide a great opportunity for children to do some gross motor output. However, now, it is run down- dirty- and hazardous. The ball pit is grimey. There is tape and string and zip ties holding the safety padding and netting together. There are many items that aren't even functioning- like the stem ball activity in the ball pit. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, stinky, with sticky floors. I would not go back. Spaces like this could be amazing with proper care, cleaning, and maintenance. Unfortunately management here doesn't seem to care.

The venue has been updated since our first visit, they've added some obstacles and climbing walls, so they're maximizing the usage of their space, which is very nice to have as many options as possible for the kiddos to jump, climb and do some obbies! I do enjoy that for the bdays, they seem to know what they're doing and have some organized processes to ensure birthday room activites start at a specific time and food comes out on time and all that.
