It was a good place for kids to play a couple hours. I wish there was more staff monitoring as several small kids got knocked down by older kids. I don't know how they monitor time limits as we didn't receive a colored wristband like other parks. Nor was there anyone calling out times to leave. People kept coming but very little left. The few tables and benches they had were taken. I wouldn't recommend the arcade or massage chairs since I lost my money and kid behind the counter told me he couldn't give refund. read more

Monday, January 16, 2023. MLK day. No school. Sign posted on the physical door they're closed on Mondays go forward starting 1/16/23. NOWHERE online is this mentioned. (Yelp currently showing open too). My kids were very disappointed. I don't know what you all were thinking closing on a day like today when ALL SCHOOLS ARE OFF and it's winter in Ohio. SMDH. I felt worse for the other soul who was there before us and equally confused why the place was closed. The poor woman was hosting a birthday party for her son that started in an hour. We got our tickets on Groupon for $13 which was an amazing deal, I was super excited to go, however, when we actually starting playing and going through the courses, I realized it didn't seem modified at all for regular people. I would consider myself fit, I weightlift 3-4x a week and am in my 20s, but the first big structure next to the trampolines, I couldn't get past a single course. I'm not the tallest (5'3), but considering a lot of kids and regular people go here, I thought I'd be able to enjoy more than I did. Took my 11 year old on a Thursday early afternoon, and he had a blast! It wasn't crowded like many of the trampoline parks usually are. The park is very clean and smelled good, too! Some of the obstacles are pretty advanced, but he had some ninja experience, so he was able to do or at least try most of them. The basketball hoops, warp walls, trampolines and climbing walls were a few of his favorites. The battle wheel?? was broken, but hopefully that will be up and running next time we go. read more

I took a day off from work yesterday to bring my child to Ninja Citi. I made a huge mistake wasting a vacation day when he could have had more fun playing video games at home. We arrived around 1-2pm yesterday and a tall guy with long hair kept watching my child. At first I thought he was checking on the kids to make sure they were safe, but after a while it started to get creepy. A grown man was essentially following my 5 year old around leaving and coming every 2 minutes. It started to bother me and my child, and we eventually left without using up the full 2 hours I paid for. There's a big difference between keeping kids safe and creepily watching them. I would not recommend this place. read more

This is our second time here and we absolutely love it!! There is so much to do and they have a side of the gym with obstacles that are lower and a little more accessible for kids. A lot of the obstacles are geared for upper body strength and hand strength. So if your kids are not able to do the monkey bars on a playground they will have a hard time doing a lot of the obstacles here. There is still plenty to do but you'll be limited. They have a parkour course with plenty of walls, steps, window openings, and bars. It also movable pads which is nice. They have a small section with a mini climbing wall and some toddler type things. There is a bigger climbing area too, you can see it on one of the pics I will be posting. They even have those vertical ramps that you have to run up to get to the top. This seems to be a favorite among kids. There is a slack line and a slalom ladder (or two, I can't remember) along with a peg board. The obstacles are set up in rows so that you can go from one to the next. They have arrows on the floor to show you which direction to go. -Lets just call the higher, more difficult side of the gym the Adult Side- On the adult side they vary in difficulty but most of the obstacles rely on upper body strength. On the kids side there are a handful of obstacles that mainly use your legs. Some use both arms and legs while a lot of them rely on your upper body. Try all of them! The staff is really great here! Everyone on the Ninja team that we have talked to has been very friendly and eager to help. The place is very well lit, clean, and open. There are open cubbies to store your things. They have a few vending machines with plenty of drink choices. The restrooms were clean. There is a good amount of parking out front. They offer ninja and parkour classes too! I probably missed a few things to point but the bottom line is you should check it out, you won't be disappointed!!!! read more

Fair amount of entertainment for the kids at a reasonable price. Lots of stuff for them to do, so nobody got bored over 2 hrs. Always nice when they're so wore out that they fall asleep before their bedtime. read more

It was awesome! The kids usually last an hour or less at a traditional trampoline park. After 2 hours they still weren't ready to leave. A little disappointing in the 2 hours we were there one of the attractions they were excited for never opened. We were told it would open 15 minutes after our time was up. read more

This is honestly the best place to feel like a true American Ninja Warrior. The sheer amount of attractions is absolutely insane! They have all of the classics from the show and other original ones. I was initially happy that this place was open with almost no one else there. My grandson, who is both athletically and mentally strong, and I went there one day. There was only one employee there who didn't want a thing to do with us. I had to go hunt him down to ask any questions about the "park", even then he wasn't being helpful as he made it obvious that I was bothering him. My grandson, who can usually shake off any injuries he gets, was hurt twice in there because, even though he had been there once before, of the "different ninja" type course that is not intuitive. There were no areas that were blocked off for safety concerns, for one thing the place is too large for one person to see what's going on in another area. When he was badly hurt the second time, I had to leave him to hunt down the employee just to get some ice. I can not begin, as a grandma, to explain how upset I was about the whole experience. We've been to other, similar places like this, one in particular, where they have enough employees to have one constantly in view as well as actually playing with my grandson.
