Took my 11 year old on a Thursday early afternoon, and he had a blast! It wasn't crowded like many of the trampoline parks usually are. The park is very clean and smelled good, too! Some of the obstacles are pretty advanced, but he had some ninja experience, so he was able to do or at least try most of them. The basketball hoops, warp walls, trampolines and climbing walls were a few of his favorites. The battle wheel?? was broken, but hopefully that will be up and running next time we go.

This is our second time here and we absolutely love it!! There is so much to do and they have a side of the gym with obstacles that are lower and a little more accessible for kids. A lot of the obstacles are geared for upper body strength and hand strength. So if your kids are not able to do the monkey bars on a playground they will have a hard time doing a lot of the obstacles here. There is still plenty to do but you'll be limited. They have a parkour course with plenty of walls, steps, window openings, and bars. It also movable pads which is nice. They have a small section with a mini climbing wall and some toddler type things. There is a bigger climbing area too, you can see it on one of the pics I will be posting. They even have those vertical ramps that you have to run up to get to the top. This seems to be a favorite among kids. There is a slack line and a slalom ladder (or two, I can't remember) along with a peg board. The obstacles are set up in rows so that you can go from one to the next. They have arrows on the floor to show you which direction to go. -Lets just call the higher, more difficult side of the gym the Adult Side- On the adult side they vary in difficulty but most of the obstacles rely on upper body strength. On the kids side there are a handful of obstacles that mainly use your legs. Some use both arms and legs while a lot of them rely on your upper body. Try all of them! The staff is really great here! Everyone on the Ninja team that we have talked to has been very friendly and eager to help. The place is very well lit, clean, and open. There are open cubbies to store your things. They have a few vending machines with plenty of drink choices. The restrooms were clean. There is a good amount of parking out front. They offer ninja and parkour classes too! I probably missed a few things to point but the bottom line is you should check it out, you won't be disappointed!!!!

Few hundred dollars for a room, pizza and full open jump and games for two hours. So... overall pretty good!!! The venue has been updated since our first visit, they've added some obstacles and climbing walls, so they're maximizing the usage of their space, which is very nice to have as many options as possible for the kiddos to jump, climb and do some obbies! I do enjoy that for the bdays, they seem to know what they're doing and have some organized processes to ensure birthday room activites start at a specific time and food comes out on time and all that. Also very nice as it's a kids venue so I'm sure it's hard to keep staff and also have them all on the same page to ensure smooth ops. Overall the kids had a great time and love coming here. Would highly recommend for a birthday or even just a subscription to get some energy out!!!

As a 18 year old, I adore this place so much - me and my boyfriend go at least once a year on a Saturday and purchase a $35 all day pass, which is well worth it for the amount of activities they offer. I can't personally speak on the reviews about parties, but I can speak on the staff & busyness. Personally, I would recommend going closer to the morning slots - when it'll tend to be less busy. We came around 10AM (opening) on Saturday, and were immediately helped and checked in within 5 minutes. A personal shout out to the manager, Josh, for being extremely helpful and welcoming from giving us a discount for a special event to helping get a new wristband when mine was a bit too tight! Overall, I would absolutely recommend the coming to this establishment no matter your age, it is absolutely always a joy for me and my boyfriend! :)

My son was really enjoying the Sky Rider attraction. He had ridden it 3x in the first hour we were there. After his first ride the staff stopped him and told him he couldn't ride again until he got back in line which didn't make sense as other kids were repeatedly hot lapping and riding again and again. Regardless, we followed the rules and each time we took off the harness and returned later so others could have a turn. They only had so many youth (red) harnesses so it made sense to me. But this place is getting a 1 star rating because of what occurred next. My son was standing in line with other kids waiting for red harnesses to be returned. The staff was not managing the return of harnesses at all. Kids were again repeatedly getting off and back on right in front of us and the staff. So I took it upon myself to start stopping and asking children who were exiting the ride to return the harness so other kids could ride. I think spme of the staff, one man in particular, did not like that I asked a little black girl to give up her harness. She resisted at first but i explained the rules to her as I understood them and she did eventually return her harness reluctantly. She had ridden 4x in a row at that point so it only made sense to ask her to return hers. Eventually it was my son's turn to ride for the 4th time. The young male employee who saw what transpired decided to measure my son even tho he had ridden before and then decided to tell me, "he is too short." I replied respectively, "the staff let him ride 3x already" but he did not give in. I proceeded to ask for the manager and another employee who wasn't even involved, in a green t-shirt and glasses, rushed to the office. The manager on duty was named P.C. He never even apologized to me or my son. He spoke with the staff member who wasn't even involved in the situation, in his office briefly, before even speaking to me or hearing my side of the story. He came out, evaluated my son's height himself and proceeded again to agree with the staff member that he was too short stating, "its a safety thing". What PC doesn't know is that my son has to be 48 inches to drive a go kart at K1 Speed in Hilliard and he does so every week routinely. Eventually the manager gave me a refund in cash. Sadly, he didn't even hand it to me personally. He gave it to another mother in our group to return to me. This establishment's staff is down right immature and inconsiderate. Seventeen year olds should not be allowed to run an establishment like this with kids. My family will never return to this establishment and neither should you.

When it is warm, there is an outside playground area, putting green, different activities outside. Inside, there is a basketball court with many basketball hoops, many playground stations and trampolines. If anything, you have to watch out for parents that ARE NOT watching their kids. I got destroyed by this little girl on a scooter and her parents were nowhere to be found. May kids were plowed when I was pushing my nephews on the swings because they were just running around everywhere with their parents nowhere in sight. I would definitely be back. We chose the party size for 30 people and there was plenty of space and all of the kids had a blast. I was worried that some of my friend's kids that are 5 and 6 might get bored quickly based on the reviews but none of the kids wanted to leave. My son is the youngest of the bunch, and if anything, he struggled a little bit on his own a bit getting stuck in one of the tubes and running into the carousel and definitely needed to be followed around closely. Disappointing and Not Worth the Hype…read more I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at Rockin' Jump Trampoline Park was so frustrating, I feel like others should be warned. To start, both of the fun attractions were closed, no rockwall, and no bunjee, under maintenance." That left basically one small trampoline area to jump on, which got boring fast. For the price they charge, it was incredibly disappointing and felt like a complete rip-off. The staff were extremely strict to the point of being overbearing. I get wanting to keep things safe, but they were constantly yelling at kids for the smallest things -- like 2 people jumping on the same trampoline. It killed any fun vibe the place was supposed to have. On top of that, I looked into the place afterward and was shocked to find that Rockin' Jump has had multiple lawsuits in the past related to injuries and poor safety management. Honestly, after seeing how poorly maintained and understaffed this location was, I'm not surprised. Overall, the whole experience was boring, overly controlled, and completely underwhelming. Save your money and find a better indoor park that actually puts effort into safety and fun. We won't be going back -- ever.

In the morning, not really busy at all. On a Saturday at 11 AM, maybe 30 or 40 kids, probably not even that. And most were our party. Easy for them to run around and have fun. Not too nutso, as I've seen at other places. The weather was crummy too, so maybe that made a difference. Plenty of places for parents to sit. Lots of cubbies for shoes etc. Clean bathroom surprisingly, though the water fountain is filthy. They have drink machines. No snacks, really; I think there is a dippin' dots machine. Which is fine, because the food at other places is usually horrid. Though of course something for the parents to self-medicate with would be nice. The party room was nice enough. A good base for the kids. More cubbies. Another bathroom right down the hall. Check-in was easy. Staff were great. There are waiver machines right inside the door. I think they should have bigger signs because I walked right past them, but still. Also, I would like a child check in and out system like at Chuck E. Cheese, because it would be too easy for kids to come and go with strangers. And the stairs need some yellow markings, because I repeatedly tripped over the edges. That might just be me, but something brighter would help. K had a blast. Lots of different play areas. Mainly trampolines, some ramps, some foam cube pits, a few other things. A hurricane booth that they loved, which costs two dollars. Party cost looks to be $3-400. Now she wants to have her birthday party here. Pray for me.
