Took my 11 year old on a Thursday early afternoon, and he had a blast! It wasn't crowded like many of the trampoline parks usually are. The park is very clean and smelled good, too! Some of the obstacles are pretty advanced, but he had some ninja experience, so he was able to do or at least try most of them. The basketball hoops, warp walls, trampolines and climbing walls were a few of his favorites. The battle wheel?? was broken, but hopefully that will be up and running next time we go.

This is our second time here and we absolutely love it!! There is so much to do and they have a side of the gym with obstacles that are lower and a little more accessible for kids. A lot of the obstacles are geared for upper body strength and hand strength. So if your kids are not able to do the monkey bars on a playground they will have a hard time doing a lot of the obstacles here. There is still plenty to do but you'll be limited. They have a parkour course with plenty of walls, steps, window openings, and bars. It also movable pads which is nice. They have a small section with a mini climbing wall and some toddler type things. There is a bigger climbing area too, you can see it on one of the pics I will be posting. They even have those vertical ramps that you have to run up to get to the top. This seems to be a favorite among kids. There is a slack line and a slalom ladder (or two, I can't remember) along with a peg board. The obstacles are set up in rows so that you can go from one to the next. They have arrows on the floor to show you which direction to go. -Lets just call the higher, more difficult side of the gym the Adult Side- On the adult side they vary in difficulty but most of the obstacles rely on upper body strength. On the kids side there are a handful of obstacles that mainly use your legs. Some use both arms and legs while a lot of them rely on your upper body. Try all of them! The staff is really great here! Everyone on the Ninja team that we have talked to has been very friendly and eager to help. The place is very well lit, clean, and open. There are open cubbies to store your things. They have a few vending machines with plenty of drink choices. The restrooms were clean. There is a good amount of parking out front. They offer ninja and parkour classes too! I probably missed a few things to point but the bottom line is you should check it out, you won't be disappointed!!!!

The equipment was visibly dirty. Honestly the whole place was just run down there were pieces of the baseboards falling off, the wood exposed. The lady at the front seemed unengaged. I asked the price for my 3 year old and she told me you are required to buy their socks on top of the admission and it was $20 all together. For a 3 year old. For $20 for one kid the place should have been in a lot better shape. I would not recommend going here especially. It's not worth it. I've been told to check out the Hilliard location cause it's in way better condition.

There are balls, trampolines, ball pits, slides, and tons of other typical playground equipment. They also include drinks, plates, tablecloths, and silverware. I think there is also a deluxe party option where they decorate for you but I just came 15 minutes early and brought decorations. We chose the party size for 30 people and there was plenty of space and all of the kids had a blast. I was worried that some of my friend's kids that are 5 and 6 might get bored quickly based on the reviews but none of the kids wanted to leave. My son is the youngest of the bunch, and if anything, he struggled a little bit on his own a bit getting stuck in one of the tubes and running into the carousel and definitely needed to be followed around closely. But overall he had an amazing time and did not want to open his presents or eat his cake because he was having so much fun! Pricing was reasonable and the location was clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Having a birthday party here is probably a one time thing but we will definitely come back on a cold or rainy day and I recommend if you are looking for a place to have a party for your little one!

Disappointing and Not Worth the Hype…read more I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at Rockin' Jump Trampoline Park was so frustrating, I feel like others should be warned. To start, both of the fun attractions were closed, no rockwall, and no bunjee, under maintenance." That left basically one small trampoline area to jump on, which got boring fast. For the price they charge, it was incredibly disappointing and felt like a complete rip-off. The staff were extremely strict to the point of being overbearing. I get wanting to keep things safe, but they were constantly yelling at kids for the smallest things -- like 2 people jumping on the same trampoline. It killed any fun vibe the place was supposed to have. On top of that, I looked into the place afterward and was shocked to find that Rockin' Jump has had multiple lawsuits in the past related to injuries and poor safety management. Honestly, after seeing how poorly maintained and understaffed this location was, I'm not surprised. Overall, the whole experience was boring, overly controlled, and completely underwhelming. Save your money and find a better indoor park that actually puts effort into safety and fun. We won't be going back -- ever.

She was extremely rude and could have been a lot nicer about it as I had no idea my kids were not allowed back down. This was literally 2 mins after the party end time. Mind you there were other kids that were at the party we were at still jumping around. Rude staff and not a kid friendly place even though it's geared towards kids. Lots of other fun jump places around to go to!

The young man at the checking register was ADAMANT "that's not 2 per coupon!!" & would only honor 1 coupon per person and THEN ONLY 2 per group/family transaction!! Thank goodness WATKINS HAD 2 coupons on their fundraising flyer!!! They do charge different rates according to "height" BIG & LITTLE there was a small "little" area - but the littles were NOT USING IT & NO area that was roped off for ONLY Big kids??? One area in the back left was actually fenced OFF AND UNUSABLE. You must sign a waiver (they do keep them on file for quite a bit of time & can look them up on their register) and you HAVE to use their socks, (we were able to find one pair of "Get Air" socks at home) not any other air establishment in Columbus to the tune of $3.75 per pair of socks! (Just to let you know, this is not strictly enforced. I saw several people with plain socks, other "air/trampoline" establishment socks, and even one of them, jumping in their shoes.) I had a 12 & 13 year old with me on a Tuesday @ 2:00pm. They were the oldest ones in the place and became BORED after JUST 45 minutes. THE PLACE SEEMS TO BE MORE FUN FOR LITTLE KIDS. There ARE 3-4 massage chairs for adults to rent. $28 into this and 2 used coupons....LET'S just say I am glad I had the 2 coupons. That's the ONLY WAY I WOULD EVER RETURN.

Dear Owner of GetAir Pickerington,…read more I am writing to formally report a serious customer service issue, where rude behavior and inflexible rule enforcement by your front desk male staff caused significant distress to my 5-year-old child. As a loyal, frequent visitor who has purchased your branded socks on previous visits, I ask that you review the following facts directly: 1,The Oversight: Today, my 5-year-old son entered the play area wearing black, yellow-trimmed non-slip socks that I mistook for GetAir socks. After admission was paid and he began playing, a staff member halted his play because the socks were not the official GetAir brand. 2,The Refusal of Reasonable Accommodation: I approached the front desk, confirmed our status as returning customers, and politely requested a single courtesy warning so my son could keep playing while I ensured we brought the exact pair next time. The front desk staff member flatly refused with an aggressive and rude tone, issuing an ultimatum: buy another pair immediately or remove the child. 3,The Unreasonable Waiting Requirement: Because my son was already playing, I called my husband to drive our GetAir socks from home (a 30-minute trip). I requested that my son be allowed to jump while waiting. The employee curtly denied this, insisting a 5-year-old child must exit the floor and sit idle at the front desk for 30 minutes. 4,Emotional Harm & Lack of Empathy: Forcing a 5-year-old off the trampolines caused a severe emotional breakdown. Crying and confused, my child ran to the party area to hide. Your staff member displayed zero empathy or effort to de-escalate, remaining completely indifferent to a crying toddler. 5,The Unusable Service: Ten minutes later, seeing my son in tears, I offered to buy yet another pair of socks to end the ordeal. However, the emotional damage was done--my son was too distressed to play and begged to go home, forcing us to leave completely traumatized. On the drive home, my 5-year-old asked me through tears: "We've played there so many times before. Why was the big brother at the front desk so mean? Are we not welcome there anymore?" As a parent, I leave you with two direct questions: 1,Training & Policy: Is GetAir's standard for customer service strictly superficial greetings, while empowering front-line staff to treat young families with zero empathy and zero problem-solving ability? Just can ask"how's ur day today" and "have a great day" in standard fake smile? 2,Accountability: How do you, as the owner, intend to answer my 5-year-old son's question regarding why he was treated so hostility at your facility? I look forward to your prompt response regarding how you plan to address this employee's conduct and rectify your customer service standards. Sincerely, A Disappointed Parent https://maps.app.goo.gl/FAFkJKSMCpQHwZwu5?g_st=ic
