My husband and I have taken our kids here twice, once for and impromptu birthday party for my son and once for his friends birthday party (they had so much fun at my sons party he also wanted to have his party there ). The kids had so much fun both times, but let's be real, what kid wouldn't have fun with bouncing off the walls. Their party packages are reasonable priced, especially compared to other similar venues, the inside is fairly clean, and the staff is very sweet. Their pizza is also surprisingly good! Oh and after 7:30 they turn the lights off, turn on some music and everything starts glowing. Just visited Get air today. My son and his friends were playing at basketball section when the manager came and took the ball from them without explaining or reasoning behind it. When I asked him about this he simply said " I don't have to explain anything to them" on why the basketball hoop is broken or close. There were no signs or employee to tell them it was broken or close. How will anyone know of this. Felt the whole interaction with Aaron C the manager he was very unprofessional, rude and unapologetic even after he admitted they were wrong. read more

I've been to Get Air a few times. The staff is beyond welcoming. Extremely friendly, very thorough. Park is fun, and was clean. Private area for the smaller kiddos. Has a smaller kid time where just the little kids can use the whole park. Will definitely return. read more

We absolutely love this place! We've visited trampoline parks in several states and this is still one of my favorites. Lots of different areas for play including dodgeball, basketball, toddler area, ninja course, slack line, obstacles, climbing wall, wide open jump area, and area where you can bounce off into foam pits. I love that this park has a lot of comfy seating for parents or family not jumping. They also have massage chairs! This park has more to offer than some of the others in the area which also means if you have kids that get social anxiety maybe check out the one in Grove City as it's smaller and sometimes more quiet. This location does offer a toddler time, check their site for hours. The temperature is usually a perfect balance for jumpers and non jumpers in my opinion. I only mention this because I've been to some that were absolutely freezing or super hot and we've never had that issue here. The party room has plenty of tables for kids and separate seating for adults as well. Their birthday parties are very organized and lots of fun! Sometimes they run specials on their site so check it out before you book. Another thing that sets this place apart is their staff and awesome management. They also do an Autism awareness fundraiser in April and we have two kids on the spectrum so I LOVE this. Took the 3 year old in for some entertainment the night before the zoo trip. He loved it. They weren't very busy so we were able to use all of the areas. As more people started to come in, we stayed in the smaller children's area (I think if was under 46") Lots of fun stuff for everyone and very helpful staff! read more

If you have kids, work with kids, or just want to pretend you're on American Ninja warrior this is the place for you! It's a trampoline park where you pay to jump and explore by the hour. After going to several other trampoline parks I would say that Get Air is different from some of the others because of the variety of different obstacles and dual corses which makes for fun racing. We've been to a few other trampoline parks/places but this one by far is the LARGEST! It's huge with so many options of things to play and for a variety of ages! They even have a coffee cafe play area for real little ones. We called yesterday to find out what time Get Air opened the following day. Their recording said 10 a.m. for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. Upon arriving at 10, we heard from people who were standing at the door that an employee said it wasn't opening until 11. I wanted to confirm and went to talk to the person at the door but he shut the door on us. I thought it was odd so I tried to call. Now the phone recording said it would open at 11 a.m. I was frustrated. Why would they change it? And why would they close the door on a customer? Argh. We had driven quite a ways and the three kids were so bummed, and I was annoyed. We walked back to the car and decided to wait. At 11, we entered. I asked to speak with the manager to share my annoyance with the misinformation of opening times. The manager, Erik, shared with us that there was a miscommunication between the management and the business, and they didn't have staff ready for a 10:00 opening. He was professional, kind, and apologized. I was heard and appreciated him talking with me. He said he wanted to make this a fun time for us and offered us a credit. While I appreciate the credit, it was his apology for the miscommunication that helped, and way more than that, I really appreciated that he wanted to ensure the facility was safe and they were fully staffed before opening their doors (liability too). Kids' safety is #1! For these reasons, Get Air gets 5 stars! Very professional! We truly enjoyed our time here and I would highly recommend it to others! I would like to give the staff and General Manager a shout out at Hilliard Get Air Trampoline Park on Fishinger Blvd. My son and I came by for with a Groupon purchase for two for two hours of bouncing. I was not jumping with Jeremiah, which prompted the General Manager to exchange one of the tickets for two passes for one hour of jumping for another time. That was not all, though. He learned I brought my son to meet up with and surprise one of his closest friends from school, who was also expected to be there. When the family did not arrive at the anticipated time, the General Manager gave me another hour of jumping and two passes for future jumping at a later date. They went over and beyond what they really needed to for us, and we are so grateful for their flexibility and understanding. I would prefer going here for all our future events. read more

Another fun time at Get Air! I went during the football game, thinking it would be empty but it was the opposite! The employees are always super friendly though and the place was very clean. They have employees walking around making sure nobody gets hurt and that kids aren't getting to crazy which I appreciate that they are paying attention. Found this place and decided to check out. Everyone including myself have been tired of being cooped up and stuck at home. Decided to buy the tickets online through their website, and that was so easy! It was nice! After looking through their website, I noticed they had a cafe attached. I have been to a few of these trampoline parks. They're cool and all. But this one? Oh. My. GOD. My girlfriend suggested it to me, because my youngest is obsessed with parkour, and they had some interesting photos and videos online. When I arrived, at first I thought I'd sit back and watch. But then the guy at the counter asked me if I was joining and my eight year old emphatically said "YES" - how could I not? We parkoured the SHIT out of this place, and I have never felt more out of shape doing flips with my boys. And I was one of the few parents out there. Parents, get out there. It's fun. It's awesome. It's worth it. Don't hang back and stare. Go play! I've never been to a trampoline park, so I was incredibly impressed with this place. It is very large and colorful, and has many different trampoline activity sections (basketball courts, foam pits, high jump areas, little kid sections, etc) and the waiting area is spacious with tables, lots of seating, vending, storage cubbies, and even two massage chairs. My son has been to several trampoline parks, as wasn't as impressed with the size and layout as I was, but he had a really good time and didn't want to leave even after an hour of nonstop jumping and exhaustion. What a difference a day makes. We came midday on a Friday and it was almost empty. We decided to return on a Saturday and there was a line out the door. Considering how large it is inside, it had to be packed. We decided against the second visit, but would definitely return during the week on a return visit to the Columbus area. read more

My 8yo niece had been begging to go to a trampoline park over Chrostmas break and since she was spending her 2wk break with me I knew I, too, would need a break. I bought 2hrs of jump time online from their website for $17 which was a great deal. When we arrived around 1p there was quite a line to get in because they were at capacity but the line moved fairly well and after about 15mins we were getting our wristband and socks for her to go jump. After 2hrs she wanted to keep going so we added another hour for $8 and after that hour she wanted to keep going so we did another hour which they gifted to us. So ultimately for 4hrs of jump time it cost around $25 and produced a super sleepy kiddo who was ready for bed after! Their staff was great in making sure people followed the rules and there were plenty of places to walk around and watch for those who were not jumping. I couldn't find the info on their website so I went ahead and brought snacks. Thankfully you're able to bring your own snacks and can eat them in the main lobby area near the shelves and lockers just passed the main entrance. read more

Facility is very nice but staff ruined the experience for my kids. Didn't get names but two women that work here Sunday evening were extremely mean and rude. They wouldn't let my kids practice new flips into the foam pit and then suggested and even pressured them to do those dangerous flips on the trampolines instead. My son came home with a busted ankle. I am very disappointed to say the least. Foam pits are there to avoid this! I will be calling their manager! read more

A bit hard to find if you haven't been here before. Came for a birthday party. Pretty cool when we got here there were fewer kids jumping, still cool after it got more crowded. Pizza looked decent but didn't try it myself. Lots of trampolines, some that were slides, some into ball-pit type things but with foam cubes, some with basketball hoops. I'll start by saying check my top. That'll start you off in the right track for your first visit. Let's talk about location. As of Nov 2015 my GPS couldn't find the place. It's located in the strip mall east of Fishinger next to Aussie Fitness, Boulevard Grill, not far from Jack's Pets. It's on the opposite side of Fishinger as Panera, Skyline, Dave and Busters. Now the cost. With a BOGO coupon, 2 pairs of "Jump Socks", it was 25$ for 2 kids for 2 hours. After buying the socks, our next visit will be $20. If you just buy 1 hour it will also be cheaper. What's available? The "Little Air" area is limited as you can imagine. Tramps, ball pit, that's it. The "Big Air" area has a ton of stuff. There are basketball hoops, obstacle courses, foam "snow boards" for doing tricks, foam pits with tramps so you can do flips into the foam. As most places, it's a much better experience if your kids are older. There are plenty of couches for parents, lots of employees to make sure rules are followed and everyone is safe. There looks to be a birthday party area that's not yet finished (as if 11/15). They have some snack machines but no "cafe" type place to buy food. All in all, this is a cool place. I'll consider Get Air for a birthday party and I will def come back during school holidays. I'll recommend you check it out too! read more

Tess, the lady at the front desk would not let us check in because it was 4 minutes till 11am, the next jump time. I have two kids with me and they were restless, she could see that. I said "By the time you check us in, get our wrist bands and socks it will be 11:00am." All she said is "I can't do that." I'm not sure why she was so rude, but it definitely will reflect my future business with Get air. I would like to add I have never had an issue until this morning. Most staff are kind and knowledgeable. I usually always talk to an employee names Kenon* not sure on the spelling, he is always kind and loves interacting with the kiddos! Great space. We were there on a Friday night, so the lighting was dim (gave kinda an outer space/dance clubish vibe). The place is quite big. And they've used it all to the max: plenty of tramps, a dodgeball area, curved tramps up walls, several basketball hoops, a separate obstacle course, three foam ball pits, a nice waiting area with couches and (if you pay) two massaging chairs, and their restaurant has seating on the second floor - perfect for solo time while your kiddos jump and you relax. Our large group had a jumping time of 8 pm. For $10 we all got a pair of gripping socks and jumped for almost 2hours - great deal! I'll definitely bring the niece back over the summer, assuming the individual price is reasonable. Besides being a workout (haven't jumped in many, many years haha), this place is all about making it fun for people of ALL ages ;) Many Referee workers spaced out, ready and willing to play or oversee (seems like it's based on crowd size). Currently, this joint doesn't offer aerobic classes, but hope to add those to their calendar in do time. read more

I wanted to say that the manager RICK is amazing. I paid for my party and some things happen to go wrong and he took care of my daughters party of 13. He was so professional, he honored my child's 1st birthday and without him it would not od been possible. It was clean and every staff member was polite and did a great job. I would recommend any childs party here because they are like family to you and very caring. This man truly made her day perfect and it's something I will never forget. Great time and so much fun. We went this location almost 1 week ago. Last night my 3 kids started to show signs of flu. This morning they all tested positive for covid. My youngest is in the ICU struggling to breathe. This place should be shut down. There is no way to sanitize a trampoline or foam pit. Kids run around using foul language and the management was zero help. Please please do yourself a favor and stay away from the germ incubator. read more

My family and I love this place!!! We've had birthday parties here. It's great for all ages! This that being said ... tonight I've never been so disappointed in my life! I brought 4 of my kids and we met a friend so a party of 5, three of them small- ish A certain young employee who was constantly correcting every child and family! To the extreme! I AM ALL FOR SAFETY !!! ABSOLUTELY! But this was above and beyond I mean sitting down by my child in the kid area not allowed, really? Two kids crossing to another trampoline and the whistle blew... " one at a time" ! No, my kids or other kids around us weren't going crazy and being wild! It was honest to God TOO MUCH!! Over the top, I kept waiting until maybe she would get tired of blowing her whistle but that did not happen. I don't know how she could breath as much as she was blowing her whistle. What a great time! I took my 2 toddlers here for the first time and it was a blast. The staff were extremely friendly and explained how things worked well. I really appreciated that since it was our first trip and I had no clue where to even start. I love going for toddler time on Thursdays but they NEED to streamline the check in process. Be prepared to wait 30+minutes with a TODDLER in line just to check in. They need more people checking people in, online check in, automated kiosks, and less talking during check in. read more

Great place for a birthday party. Very well organized and plenty for the kiddos to do. Booked an hour long session for 5 kids, and it was the perfect amount of time. Plenty of comfy seating for the parents to watch the kids play. I definitely suggest that you fill out the online waivers for everyone prior to your visit to save time when you get there. You will also need special jump socks that run $3.25 a pair. If you have like the hospital type socks, i suppose those would work just fine. I haven't been, but I was told this place makes Skyzone look like a cheap roadside attraction. Some other reviews I've read hint to the same thing. read more

Used to come often. Now it seems the toddlers are allowed everywhere, it's not super safe and not efficient for older kids and jump times. There used to be some organization to the jump/ foam pits where you jump and then let the person behind you go, now children hang out in the pits. The basketball hoops get hung on constantly, like it's a competition who can hang the longest. Once again not exactly what this is intended for. Tiny toddlers are also now allowed running up and down the hoop trampolines, taking this space up for those interested in actually playing basketball with the hoops. read more

Toddler time is a nightmare. Not sure about any other time but checking in for toddler time is always a disaster. Multiple times I've been here this summer and same issues each time. They partner with Tree of Life next door and the waits are so long that the kids jumping time is limited to about 30 minutes by the time everyone gets registered and waivers completed. Make sure to do new waivers online every time you go since there seems to be a problem with expiring waivers. read more

If you are looking for a trampoline park then don't waste your time with other venues! This is the biggest park around, with the most variety of any park in Columbus. They have all the basic trampoline action, but also a separate area for kids under 42", dodgeball, basketball, foam pits, ladders, punching bags, and small ninja warrior type course!
