I can understand them being salty about his opening Future but if they acted more professionally and stepped up their game maybe I would have given a better update.

I have been competing competitive gymnastics at Universal for 2 years now. Not only is this way…read moremore professional and kind than my previous gym, they have more of my future in mind. Every second I am in that gym, I feel welcome and secure. I know that I am getting the best training I possibly can and my coaches are focused on me more than anything. The optional and compulsory coaches (these are the coaches I have worked with personally) are extremely kind, but they push each gymnast to be the best they can. Everyone in the sport of gymnastics knows that it is not easy, and a coach cannot be all rainbows and sunshine every day. The coaches at universal make sure that you come first and teaching you is the top of their priority list. On a different subject; the front desk and office staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Every gymnast can always easily be stocked with tape, grips, etc. with their help. As a gymnast, this is by far one of the best gyms you can go to in order to reach your goals and know that you have a ton of people supporting you through thick and thin.

They are great with the kids and I am impressed at how much my kids are learning. It is a little expensive, but most kids lessons are. Their calendar runs with the school year calendar, so it's easy to coordinate with most kids' schedules. They have trampolines, floor mats, a vault, bars, balance beams and everyone's favorite - a foam pit with a trapeze to swing into it.

My child was so discouraged she no longer wants to go. Maybe another class would be a better fit, but I think the overall atmosphere is not a good fit for us. We're looking to have fun while learning new skills, and it seems that others have Olympic ambitions and the serious attitude that comes with it. Perhaps this place is focused on their star programs and not everyday children who want to have fun while learning the basics.

We've been switched to a new coach, who didn't show up on the first day, they had accidentally deleted my daughter from their computer program, and when it was reset, the coach was sick and then the third time the coach didn't show up. we had gone to gym skills for years and this last year we are really disappointed in their business. Find anywhere else to go!!!!
