Richard, the manager, was incredible throughout the entire process. Any time I called or texted with a question, he was there. It honestly felt like having someone personally helping you through the entire project. We have a 2-year-old and a newborn at home, so having our house opened up for a major repipe was stressful. The entire team was extremely professional, understanding, and careful around our family. The day after our initial discussion, their supervisor, Hrayr, came to the house and personally did a complete walkthrough and took detailed notes. When the crew started, they carefully covered our floors, furniture, and work areas before cutting drywall and drilling the necessary holes for the new piping. David's Plumbing was my backup and they provided the option to send someone out in the middle of the night, but my toilet tank was refilling slowly so I scheduled service for 10am-12 the next morning.
