These guys are wonderful! The faucet in our kitchen sink sprang a leak and they came out that same day to install a new one for us quickly at a very reasonable price. And because we live in an old apartment building, the brand new faucet they installed stopped pumping out hot water a couple days after because of some old rubber tubing hat got stuck in our pipes. I called them up again to see if they could take a look at it and give me an estimate to see how much it would cost to fix it and they said they'd take a look and if it was a quick, easy fix they wouldn't charge me. Called Sonic Rooter and Plumbing, at 11:58am on a Tuesday to clear a plugged up kitchen sink. Ray answered and was able to give me an appointment that same day at 1:30pm. He explained it would be $100 for visit and service, and if he couldn't unplug it. There would be no charge at all. I asked...and he said, he took cash, card, or check...sweet!!
