I had John out to do a pretty big job. He adding a water line, added a valve, reconfigured existing heads and placed new sod in a complex pattern. It took him a couple of long days but he and his guys did a great job. There is still more to be done in the back yard, so I'll be having John back in the spring! read more

Water was pouring out of two anti-siphon valves on the sprinkler system. Saw John and hit him up. He came the following day and fixed the entire system like a boss. Went over every part of the system, their functions and showed me where the shut-off valve was for the sprinkler system. John was polite, displayed vast knowledge and exemplified excellent skill. Would definitely recommend! read more

Highly recommend! So my Gardner was who I previously used to fix my sprinklers and any other issue I come across with my landscape. I recently came to the realization that my whole yard needs overall maintenance, so I found This company. I give them 5 starts because they not only brought my entire yard back to life, they left it spotless once the job was done . My Gardners leave mud tracks and it's just always something. I am beyond impressed here with Orange County Sprinkler Service. I highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. The employee who showed up on time was clearly in good Attire. Shirt embroider with the company logo so I knew who was knocking at my door. He also was very personable and professional. As he left my house he let me know what he did and how he improved my entire lawn and landscape. I will be a forever customer after this impression of quality and great performance. read more

John was top notch guy. He took the time to work all the irrigation systems and valves. He got his hands dirty that's for sure on this job site. We were able to use our existing irrigation and fine tune it at nearly half the cost of installing a brand new one and it took a few days but John was well worth it. thank you John hopefully we will do business again! read more

Great knowledge and professionalism. Same day service was appreciated because I had a leak and was wasting water.

I called to schedule an appointment on Wednesday and John came out on Thursday. He arrived on time, gave me a reasonable quote and replaced a leaky valve in my sprinkler system. He also set the clock and timer for me without be asked. He checked all of the sprinkler heads and made sure everything was working well, and also showed me how to adjust them in the future. He is very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to all my friends. read more

I contacted Orange County Irrigation Service for some repair and modification at my mother's house. The timer was not working, there were a couple underground leaks and poor coverage in some areas. John came out right away and spotted the problem with the wiring to the valves and corrected that problem on the spot. At my request he provided two estimates. One for the basic leak repair with tune up and another for more work to move and add sprinklers for improved coverage. We chose the later. John scheduled to come out this crew and complete the work. I am very pleased with the outcome. A few weeks after on the the sprinkler heads just started leaking like a geyser. John came out right away and replaced the defective sprinkler under warranty. I greatly appreciate his attention to detail. read more

John Stoeckel installed smart sprinkler controller (Rachio generation 2) in my brother's house in La Habra. He was knowledgeable and his workmanship was clean and well organized. He installed the unit and programmed the controller in my smart phone for me. When there is rain, my sprinkler will not turn on, saving water. When I needed to purchase a smart sprinkler controller, he recommended to purchase Rachio generation 2 since it functions well and it is less expensive that generation 3. It was right recommendation. He is a nice and kind person, and he showed up at the appointed time. His price was fair. I recommend John for smart controller installation, and probably for other irrigation related work also, considering his workmanship, kindness and fair price. read more

After getting several quotes from different service providers, I went with OC Sprinkler Service to convert my existing pop up sprinklers to drip lines. I did not make a mistake in hiring OCSS as they did a very professional job. Their price was also very reasonable. When other issues came up that were not part of the original quote, John was so accommodating by addressing those issues and only charged me for the cost of the parts. I strongly recommend them and will definitely do business with them again. read more

I discovered that one set of sprinklers was not turning on. So I call the number and say to him that it's either the valve or a wire. John comes out and replaces the valve assembly in no time. The labor was peanuts and cost of the part was not much. he didn't break anything else like the last guy did. I will recommend John to my mom. read more

John, owner of the company, came out and spent one hour at no charge to review our sprinkler system. Shortly thereafter he followed with an estimate. I awarded John the job which was quite extensive and took almost three complete days. John and his assistant were punctual when showing up each day. The job included replacing several valves, rotary heads, installation of indoor timer, and a general sprinkler tune-up that included replacing and adjusting several sprinkler heads. Very pleased with workmanship, service, and knowledge of irrigation systems. Would not hesitate to call John for any future repairs or adjustments. Highly recommend. read more

The owner came out on a Sunday to repair a major leak that was flooding the front of my house and which couldn't be shut off without turning off the main water main. He spent over 4 hrs repairing the 3 leaks he found. Thus entailed him having to dig a 3 foot hole in the mud caused by the leak. He even came back the next day to finish some issues found with the sprinkler valves. The owner is a hard worker and I didn't find his price exorbitant for it being a Sunday and the work involved. I would definitely use him again when I redo my whole sprinkler system. He should do well for himself as a new business owner hungry for customers. read more

John made my service a rewarding, efficient and educational experience. He was here on time and found the problem with my system and fixed it all within an hour and for a reasonable price. John was very professional. He evaluated our project and emailed a price quote for different portions of our project. Once we proceeded with the project, John was prompt and did quality work. He is busy and did have to leave from time to time. A little better communication on when he was going to leave and return would have been nice but overall very pleased with how he and his coworker completed our project. He pointed out a couple of issues that we didn't catch on the initial project walk and also took care of the additional work without any issue. read more
