Coffee menu sign...my apologies to the cashier for this horrible photo.

We stopped here on our way out of Key West. Should have come sooner! It's awesome! We highly recommend the stop. Great coffee selection, merch galore, pastries, and they have a food truck outside that we reccomend checking out.. I purchased the key lime donut. It's huge! Yeasty, soft, and the perfect amount of filling. If you like this combo, like I do, you will love this donut! I didn't think I could eat the whole thing, but I DID! Declisous! They have FREE mini chocolate chip cookies with every order! I ordered the macadamia cookie latte (saw it in someone's review). It is delicious but sweet and I do t usually order sweet drinks like this. It was REALLY GOOD, but this drink with the huge key lime donut about toole out. HA! Your girl isn't used to consuming that much sugar in one shot. So to balance that out I walked over to the food truck and ordered a steak, grilled onions, egg and cheese sandwich. WOW!!! It was huge and delicious! It's a heavy sandwich. So bring an appitite, be prepared to share it, or save half of it for later. Everyone in our party thought we would enjoy it with out the eggs. I would definitely order again, but without the eggs. They offer a fried chicken & waffle sandwich that I really want to try. Sounds amazing! What an indulgence that would be. Mmmm. Lots of parking, bathrooms, plenty of seating I side and outside. Highly recommend to put this as your stop going into Key West and leaving Key West!

Baby's is a phenomenal coffee shop. I visited for the first time back in 2016. Sometimes when you're on vacation you romanticize your experience, I'll admit it. When it comes to Baby's, romanticize away, because this place is just awesome. The coolest part was seeing all the renovations and expansions nine years later. Not only do they have a line out the door, but a robust market, free cookies, merchandise, and a full coffee and pastry menu. The Florida humidity was in full swing so iced Americano it is. The quick jolt I needed to start the day. The best part was their bacon egg and cheese croissant. Holy massive croissant batman, this behemoth was enormous! Flaky, savory, and so so delicious. Baby's Coffee has tons of outdoor seating, an airstream, another side room with indoor seating. Though it looks like a lot of people who frequent this place take their items to go. Make sure you allocate a few extra minutes, because they do get quite busy. But the baristas and cashiers are hustling to make your coffee dreams come true. Better than I remembered. How cool is that? Baby's Coffee was the perfect send off from our week in Key West. I just wish we made it in a few more times!

It's not heaven, but you can see it from here

This is a must stop on the way to Key West, or leaving Key West I have been patronizing Baby's Coffee since the early 90's back in the lower Duval Street location era So when I come back to the keys, this is a stop that makes me feel like I am back home. I am at peace here. I just love the vibe, and everything associated with this magical place. Every time I pull in here, I feel like a teenager, getting all giddy and stuff! New owners took possession mid 2025, I believe. There have been changes. And I think these changes are for the better. There is a little coffee lounge with restrooms, a big picture window showing how they roast the coffee beans, a better, social media presence, And the merch! Oh my...the merch! I always get a regular coffee, with two sugars and two creams. I love their coffee. So rich, robust, flavorful, and with a little bit of zing perfect for that morning wake me up. And I always vary on the delicious breakfast items muffins, and pastry items available. It's like a little box of chocolates for me. Never had a bad choice. The pastries are delicious. I love just sitting here drinking the coffee, and taking in the vibe. It's so peaceful. It really is a happy place. You can also purchase different flavors of coffee online at their website. I love going to Key West, visiting Duvall Street etc.... , but Baby's Coffee is what I look forward to most here in the lower keys! Now, if only I could figure out how to get my hot rod shipped 1600 miles down here.....

Iced cinnamon bun latte

Such a cute little coffee shop to stop at on the way to Key West! I tried the iced cinnamon bun latte after seeing it on their Instagram, and it was a 10/10--sooo good! My mom got the frozen strawberry matcha latte, which was unique and delicious--I'd definitely order it next time. Overall, no complaints! A great casual coffee spot with good food, friendly staff, and fun drink options. Definitely worth a visit!

AMAZING little coffee place with some good bagels and specialty bagels and croissants. Do yourself a favor and ask for a hot latte with one pump of coconut syrup and macadamia milk. It's a slice of Hawaii. WOW!!!! You don't wanna miss this place. If you're looking for some coffee.

Iced latte Matcha

This was my second time coming to this place and I see the place is expanding a lot now. The iced latte matcha hits the spot for a nice cold drink. It was delicious. The gourmet Cuban bagel was a must try.it was running out and have to wait to make a new batch. The service was great and fast for a quick stop. If you are around the area, I suggested you should stop by and give them a chance to try their drink and food.

Iced matcha latte with oatmilk. Tastes like milk and sugar

If you're looking for a good matcha latte, don't go here. It tasted like milk with tons of sugar. Undrinkable.

Plenty of coffee beans for sale!

I was compelled to update my review from 8 years ago because this place continued to delight us! Faith was our excellent barista this visit and she made sure everything was to our liking! Perfecto! A large double dirty chai light sweet latte made with cream for my wonderful wife! Pure espresso for me, on ice because I can! Baby's is our favorite coffee spot in the lower keys. Friendly to travelers, locals and tourists alike, it's always a pleasure to stop in and enjoy in-house roasted coffee and espresso drinks. Also, their iced chai tea latte is amazing because it's made from real chai tea, not some corporate syrup flavoring from a large chain that shall remain nameless. Their in-house roasted coffee brand is called Southernmost Coffee Roasters in America. Many mixes of beans are also sold here, along with key lime pies, beers, and other sundries. Honestly, we've always stuck with espresso and chai drinks because they are awesome! In fact, they espresso is so rich and smooth, it truly doesn't need sugar! However, if you ask for one sugar they mix in a scoop of brown sugar as your espresso is poured. To quote a favorite local original Tampa Bay Yelper who unfortunately passed away... #ElFreakinYummo!

Cuba Bagel and Apple pie latte!

Baby's coffee is a must stop when in Key West! They have regular coffee and specialty drinks with cold foams and seasonal flavors. The store offers a variety of products I side such as cookies, souvenirs, dog treats, and key lime pies. The service is quick and everyone is very friendly. If you stop you MUST get a Cuban bagel!!!!!

FABULOUS. Best coffee in the keys hands down. Great service and awesome drinks. Out of the 15+ coffee shops we stopped at in the keys, nothing touched Baby's Coffee. Highlight of the trip down for me. Snickerdoodle latte was one to remember.

No. Just no. I hate to say it but it's worth waiting for the Starbucks on Key West, which has predictability in flavor and lower prices.

We found this place by chance on our way north from Key West. Lunch menu: lunch items are mostly fresh wraps, salads, and/or soup. The soup of the day was chickpea curry and there are lots of juices and smoothie options. We shared a large tuna melt wrap with everything (tuna, avocado, cheese, cashews). This was so fulfilling, simple and delicious! It came loaded with a bunch of fresh organic chopped veggies and a wonderful homemade tahini dressing. The kombucha was nice and another couple loved their banana peanut butter smoothie. We ate at the two bar stools near the register but there are also tables out the back door which seemed like a nice option. The staff and owner were super friendly and personable. Store: There are many snacks, staple items you can purchase if you are looking to stock up on organic, Non GMO & vegetarian items during vacation. Fun bonus fact: The owner says she used to do Light Shows for Janis Joplin. She said she used light, oil and water. I wasn't sure what that meant so I just looked up "light shows in the 1960s" online and found a cool video and now my mind is blown!! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=TW733Ut5zE0
