I have found baby shower gifts birthday gifts white elephant gifts ornaments and honestly something for every occasion you can imagine. The selection is always creative and feels thoughtful not generic. I especially love the Sunset District merch because it is always a crowd favorite and feels personal without trying too hard. The stationery is also dangerously cute and the wrapping paper and gift bags are truly top tier which honestly makes the gift feel even better. If you are looking for a gift whether you are panicking or just browsing this place is a must stop. And as if it needed another reason to love it one time a bunch of hummingbirds flew into the store and were just flying around. I do not know about you but I fully believe hummingbirds are a good omen so at this point the good vibes are confirmed

I suspect that the delay in recognizing the name change was because My Favorite has very similar inventory to Wishbone. I was pleased to learn that it is even run by a former Wishbone employee. On my recent visit here, I was particularly enamored with My Favorite's jewelry section. My eyes were drawn to a pair of delicate beaded gold earrings and the daintiest elegant beaded bracelet. In addition to their well curated jewelry items, they also carry fun SF themed puzzles, cute dishcloths, empowering kids books - and other colorful quirky finds I ended up buying a petite hooked rug pillow with daffodils on it - to commemorate my Welsh heritage - https://www.wales.com/about/welcome-wales/national-symbols-wales . I had hoped the pillow was handmade, but after talking with the helpful and kind staff member here when checking out, she revealed that it was likely mass produced in a factory in China. I appreciated her candid honesty. Even though the pillow was actually fairly hard to the touch, and not handmade - I felt called to purchase it. I would much rather say "aw I love this place," as I pay for an item, rather than "aw I loved that place," when the business is gone. My hard whimsical daffodil pillow now sits upright in the corner of our place. A reminder that even small purchases help support wonderful local businesses. Trust.

She has been so wonderful and helpful since I first met her and have purchased the Stokke high chair, carrier, Nuna stroller and car seat from her. Jess is knowledgeable as she was a former nanny and would explain things so well. I've always went with her recommendation and had a great experience. The store has many items from different brands on display to actually see and try it yourself. And the items are high quality. They also have sales so it's good to check their website or ask in stores. This is my trusted go to place and hope it will be for many families!

My wife and I are in our first trimester & very excited for our first kid, and had planned to shop at Aldea specifically, having walked by and admired the shop many times. We walked in and began admiring the strollers in the store. After about 20 seconds of being in the store, a tall gentleman approached us and (politely) told us to let him know if we had any questions. We thanked him, and he proceeded to ask us questions about our pregnancy -- typical questions like "are you expecting?" & "how are along are you?" Upon telling him we were in our first trimester, he offered us unsolicited feedback: that we were MUCH too early to be looking at strollers and we shouldn't even be thinking about it. He actually reiterated this a few times before walking away, leaving my wife and I very uncomfortable and taken aback. We had wanted to shop this specific store, just for fun!! We are simply excited for our kid and all the things a new child will bring us. But unfortunately, this gentleman's attitude and rudeness made us promptly leave the store. And we won't be back. The experience was unfortunate, unpleasant, and entirely avoidable, had the store associate just not been rude to us. I really encourage the people running this store to train their employees better so future couples don't have a similar poor experience.

After multiple unsuccessful (and stressful) attempts to get help from Cybex's after-sales service, we were honestly close to cutting the seat belt just to free the seat and replace it. Before taking that drastic step, we decided to try Beep Beep... and we're so glad we did. Karli was incredibly helpful over email and shared a curated list of recommended car seats so we wouldn't have to spend days researching again. She truly saved us time and stress. Ben was able to fit us in for the last appointment of the day, and he was absolutely wonderful.. kind, skilled, experienced, and just a genuinely good person. He took his time evaluating the issue with our old seat and ultimately decided it needed to be removed. Although he apologized for not being able to fix it, we already knew it was beyond repair. What impressed us most was how carefully and professionally he handled everything. Ben managed to dismantle the old seat from the back without causing any damage to our car, and then installed the new one in about 20 minutes. Every step was seamless. We left feeling incredibly relieved and grateful. Beep Beep... is such a unique business, and our experience proves just how amazing it truly is. Highly recommended!

I wish I could give zero stars. I can't speak to the cleaning but boyyy can I speak to the service…read more My 12 month old son came down with the stomach flu while we were out of town. So he vomitted his car seat many, many times as we were coming home. It is so gross and it desperately needs a professional deep clean. I'm a single mom on a budget but getting my son's seat deep cleaned for him was worth the cost. So I booked an appointment to drop off Sunday at 2pm with the only provider in my area. I was charged immediately of course and planned my Sunday around getting this taken care of. But today is Sunday and I went into my email to get the address, only to find out I was never sent a confirmation email. Weird, since I was given a confirmation number upon booking. So, I logged into my account and it said I didn't have any cleanings scheduled! But surely that is wrong, since I was given a confirmation number and they already took almost $100 out of my account, right? Apparently not. I used the live chat/text customer service option on the website to help. Maya started replying to me, but she is unable to be helpful, as for some bizarre reason that online chat feature only exists to help make NEW bookings (ie. get BabyQuip more money) and she is unable to help anyone who has already paid. (No "post-purchase help" she said.) She gave me an email address so I emailed it but of course BabyQuip doesn't answer emails on the weekend. So I'm still unsure what to do about my Sunday appt at that point. Through pretending I was going to make a new booking, I was able to get the local provider's phone number. I texted her asking to confirm our appointment, and for a while, she won't answer. I called 3 times and left a voicemail, and finally just a few minutes before our appt is supposed to be, she responds by text telling me she had attempted to transfer my appt to someone else (WTF?!?) and maybe it didn't work, so she just gave me a refund and said she can't help me. First of all, transferring me to someone else when there aren't others in my area is a red flag. Why wouldn't BabyQuip contact me? If no one was available I would understand and would have asked for my refund to be processed immediately so I could go about booking somewhere else. But they didn't do that. They didn't contact me. They just let my appointment disappear, neither booked nor cancelled, and they kept my money, until I had to go through the hassle of sorting it all out, with no help whatsoever from BabyQuip. And now, because I can't afford to pay twice, I am stuck putting my son is a car seat with dried vomit in the crevices for several more days before the refund is fully returned to my account and I can afford to book with a more competent baby gear cleaning company. Absolutely terrible company with no concern for the time or money of the parents attempting to use their service.
