1/5 stars -- Completely different arrangement and disappointing customer service…read more I paid $285.10 total expecting the elegant, soft-toned Premium arrangement shown on their website. What was delivered looked substantially different and was dominated by 10 bright pink tulips, completely changing the overall color balance and aesthetic of the design I selected. When I contacted the florist, Neli explained that tulips were present in the back of the original design. A few tulip buds are barely visible in the background of the website photo, but they are clearly not a dominant feature. In the delivered arrangement, they became one of the main visual elements. Instead of addressing the design mismatch, I received an itemized explanation of how expensive the flowers were and was told they "cannot afford to refund orders." Their own substitution policy says the style and theme will be preserved. In my experience, they were not. I'm attaching the website photo and the delivered arrangement so customers can judge for themselves. If you expect the arrangement you choose online to reasonably resemble what is delivered, I would look elsewhere. , , Update in response to the owner's reply: Neli, your reply completely misses the point. I didn't pay $285 for a hidden "treasure hunt" of expensive flowers buried under a wall of heavy, fully opened pink tulips that completely changed the design and color palette. If a same-day order requires such a significant change to the overall aesthetic of the arrangement, a professional florist should contact the customer first and ask for approval rather than simply making the substitution. And yes, your suggestion that I explore other florists is one piece of advice I will definitely follow. Future customers can decide for themselves whether this level of substitution and customer service is acceptable to them.

I actually visited for the first time during a company offsite where they hosted a bouquet-making workshop, and it was such a fun experience. It was surprisingly challenging in a good way! It really made you think about placement, balance, and technique. We learned from two florists who each had their own style, which made it even more interesting. They also shared insights about different flowers, the history of the shop, and their personal journeys into floristry. I'd highly recommend this as a team offsite if you have the budget. It's a great mix of creativity and critical thinking, and it's something a little different from the usual team activities. Beyond the workshop, the shop itself is full of great finds like beautiful plants, Compartés chocolates, candles, pots, stickers, and other giftable items. It really feels like a one-stop shop if you're looking to put together a thoughtful gift. Also, fun personal note, I hadn't realized until this visit that they were actually the ones who made our wedding boutonniere, which made the experience even more special. Overall, a great shop with a lot to offer, whether you're stopping in for flowers, gifts, or a unique event experience.

Would recommend over and over again. My best friend went to pick up the flowers and the moment I laid eyes on them, my breath was completely taken away. It FAR EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. 100% MY DREAM COME TRUE bouquet. Some of my favorite pictures from that day were just of the bouquet. EVERY ANGLE of it was PERFECTION. EVERY SINGLE FLOWER WAS IN IT'S PEAK FORM. It was more than I described and could not have been more beautiful. My wedding was also on a Saturday / day before Mother's Day and I was SO SO SO GRATEFUL that she was able to accommodate me on one of her busiest weekends. I showed two inspo pics, and she was meticulous in understanding and asking questions about what style I wanted, how I wanted it to look and feel. I asked for all shades of pink, soft greens (like snap dragons; did not like the eucalyptus look) , peonies (my favorite flower!), roses, and ranunculuses. No white flowers, mums (definitely no yellow mums), or carnations; as they symbolize funerals in my culture. Free form shape with varying heights; not a tight circular bundle. Absolutely a masterpiece and price was better than anywhere else.

Then, last night at Mighty, she was brought into to add some subtle beauty to the party we were throwing there. Wow, her arrangements at the bar and in the bathrooms add just that right touch of class, making the night feel that more special. To me, it's the little touches like flowers that had to the overall success of a venue, or for that matter any event. I believe she does all sorts of work, so not just restaurants and clubs, but weddings and all sorts of special occasions. When we spoke for a few minutes, I got the impression that not only did she love what she was doing, but she really enjoyed thinking about how her work would complement and work with the space. She really considered my dress and veil and made it to compliment in photos. It reflected the colors of our wedding, and pieces of our personal history: Hawaiian flowers, succulents, and lilies. I wasn't sure how that could all work, but she was, and it was amazing!! Our boutonnieres we great, not over the top at all. My Dad even liked it, and he's a bit of a body builder macho man. Our pew decorations were a great pop of color in our church photos, and her centerpiece was unbelievable. Huge in scale, tasteful and ethereal. Plus, she managed to work in some of our Mexican heritage at the reception. She created these really great Marigold spheres hanging from the lights in our karaoke room. They somehow made the tequila-induced versions of "All Night Long" a bit classier. I've recommended her to all my bridal-bound friends, and I know she does restaurant work, too. That's how we found her--she was recommended to us by a restaurateur client of hers. I'm so glad she's who we hired and would hire her if I have a big floral event again.
