I stopped by again recently, hoping to give this place a second chance, and made sure to strive for a bit more patience and kindness, but it was a worse visit than the first, again from the middle aged male owner. Other customers exiting behind me were overheard vocalizing similar sentiments. Even when I first walked in the door I was talked down to in a condescending way upon checkin, as if I should know exactly how things work here without any explanation. If the owner would show a bit more patience and not cut people off when they're in the middle of a simple question, maybe smile a little, and be more helpful, it could be a much better outcome. This is especially troubling given the nature of this business, which is to upcycle child care equipment and clothing, something that already has enough stress and would do better to communicate a sense of community and upliftment rather than bitterness and rude attitudes. I hope the owner learns some kindness and softens his heart before it's too late to change - there may still time but I won't be back.

After multiple unsuccessful (and stressful) attempts to get help from Cybex's after-sales service, we were honestly close to cutting the seat belt just to free the seat and replace it. Before taking that drastic step, we decided to try Beep Beep... and we're so glad we did. Karli was incredibly helpful over email and shared a curated list of recommended car seats so we wouldn't have to spend days researching again. She truly saved us time and stress. Ben was able to fit us in for the last appointment of the day, and he was absolutely wonderful.. kind, skilled, experienced, and just a genuinely good person. He took his time evaluating the issue with our old seat and ultimately decided it needed to be removed. Although he apologized for not being able to fix it, we already knew it was beyond repair. What impressed us most was how carefully and professionally he handled everything. Ben managed to dismantle the old seat from the back without causing any damage to our car, and then installed the new one in about 20 minutes. Every step was seamless. We left feeling incredibly relieved and grateful. Beep Beep... is such a unique business, and our experience proves just how amazing it truly is. Highly recommended!

Bringing in Costco and the gym doesn't help, since you need memberships for those and they're not actually in the mall, but outside. AMC is ok but I barely go there. After scanning all items, the cashier lady collected all remained stuffs and tried to throw them in the bag carelessly. My mom told her "let me organize and put stuffs in". Right after that, the cashier demanded "can you pay first?". My mom said " I will pay after putting stuffs in". The cashier walked over another register and exchanged place with another cashier gentleman???!!! Less than 4 minutes, my mom paid with her credit card. And the same cashier lady screamed out "shit...get out of the store... we don't want you here..." while walking by my mom and disappeared behind the shelves. My mom was astonished by her attitude. She asked the cashier gentleman who was helping her "What type of customer service is this?", and concluded "I won't come back here if she is still here!". I am watching the cashier gentleman nicely to help my mom open the door and comparing the 2 opposite customer services. We came here last Thursday to pick up a few small things, and to get new decorations ideas/inspirations as usual. It's great that we could charge our car while shopping as well. We noticed that a few of the things we got 1-1.5 year ago that we wanted to get more, such as picture frames and mirrors, were 15-30% more expensive! Not sure if it's because of inflation or tariffs. We selected a couch and gleefully waited for it to be delivered. We began assembling it. That's where the excitement ends. Unfortunately, they did not deliver the proper items to us. We were supposed to get 3 boxes. We got 2 correct boxes and the third box was a CEILING LAMP instead of the sofa covers. We wound up with a naked couch that looks HORRIBLE. Within an hour we notified the truck delivery driver that we had received a random lamp. They asked us to send a photo. We did. Within another hour we notified them we were actually missing a box and did not receive our complete order. They stopped responding. We then called IKEA customer service, and they said the truck route was set and they would likely not be able to return. Customer service promised to make it right and FedEx the couch covers to us within 5 days. Today was day 5, and it did not arrive. Called customer service again. Spent another 30 minutes on the phone to discover that the resolution was not properly filed, leading to the delay, and now the item is scheduled to arrive in another 5 days. Two weekends with a couch we can't use! I attempted to pivot and said: Can we just get a refund? (At least then we could end this nightmare.) They said sure, and we could schedule a pick up. But *we* would have to disassemble it! We already put hours into assembling it (which took sweat, muscles, and 3 people!) and now we have to take it apart? I asked how we could make this right or if I could speak with a supervisor. They said no supervisor was available at the "call center." (Impatiently waiting for a call back.) But that's when things got weird. At the end of the call the customer service rep asked if we were satisfied with her response. I explained that while not her fault, no, we were not satisfied. She then began to explain how important a positive review of the call was, how negatively not having one would affect her. She sounded frightened and on the edge of tears. She did not want to hang up until we agreed to reconsider her review because it would be so detrimental to her. What is IKEA doing to its own people??? No couch. No resolution. No IKEA is the lesson. Also, I would not want to contribute to someone losing their job or being tortured. I just want to buy a couch and actually receive it in the time that was promised. IKEA claims that it aims "to create a better everyday life for the many people." It has failed. Failed the customer, and possibly worse yet failed the very people it employs. Save yourself. Do not purchase furniture from IKEA.

We found the infants area just fine because Target usually keep it around the same place. We found the baby food that we wanted and also other stuff too. Since we were here, we wanted to get snacks as well so we went down to the produce area. This Target is pretty big inside and there are employees throughout the store. They have four checkout station here but two were down. I paid with a cashier and then saw one of the sunscreen I got was expensive. So I went back to try and return it but no one was working the counter at customer service. I asked another worker who was doing the drive up delivery and he said someone would come soon. No one came so he was the one who refunded me.

Also, the event page said that children weren't allowed, but the visitors who did arrive brought their children... I guess I didn't need to find a babysitter after all.
