LMAO, I can NOW finally 1 star this place since it is now FAR much worse than the most terrible mall that I've been to that is close to me down south. Almost everything is gone in this mall now. The only thing I feel that is keeping it alive is the Yugo Ramen, Jack's the AMC, Miniso, the gym, and maybe Hot Topic and Box Lunch. Gone are the Incredible Pizza Company, almost the entirety of the food court, the Sanrio, Beard Papa's, Auntie Anne's (NEVER a good sign when the pretzel place leaves your mall), Bath and Body Works (also never a good sign either), the boot leg anime shop, and so much more. You can be done with this mall in less than an hour to be honest. I can't even say what would resuscitate this mall at this point. There's a HaiDiLao that is way too close. Maybe opening a Round One? A Din Tai Fung or another fancier food chain that attracts the masses? I don't know but it's looking quite grim here when I think this is somehow worse than the Puente Hills Mall...

Late Post But me and my girlfriend and her cousin and a couple of his friends went to the Haunted or Scream Overload Park which was located inside of a mall. Really fun and great experience hood to go next year as well.

A dying mall :( When I first visited a few years back I thought it was a relatively nice place. There was always plenty of parking and it's attached to one of the best AMC's around (lots of theaters, those comfy seats and just pretty big in general). I think it might have gotten hit pretty bad through COVID or something. The only big (and I mean size wise) store left is the Macy's and even that looks like it's dying with some of its bare sections and older atmosphere. There was only a handful of food places open at the food court, I think it was a grand total of three in the main hun with an Auntie Anne's and something else right across the way. Not even the Subway was open and the BK is completely gone. They haven't upgraded the directory to match though. Still shows JC Penny, Nordstrom, the Disney store and many others that have vanished. I do hope this place makes a com back. It has the potential to be very nice, and that theater is a real nice draw, but for now it's pretty sad and empty.

Very quiet mall. Hardly anyone is here. Only good is the food areas like Jack's. Also AMC and Macy's which is keeping it from being a dead mall.

The NewPark Mall is an absolute terrible mall for any of your shopping needs. It's almost like the city wants it to die. 60 jewelry stores, 10 boba spots, and a couple cell phone screen repair kiosks. But the Farmer's Market every Sunday is a diamond in the rough!! The Filipino pop up spot next to the popcorn stand is fire!! The BBQ pork sticks are always a must and are rich with flavor. They have meals as well. The #1 combo has the pork sticks, rice, and lumpia. It also comes with a drink. Great value for alot of food!! Oh, and the mall sucks.

I'll go to Newpark Mall if I want a cheap slutty tube top from Forever 21 or ridiculously cheap and slutty platforms from NuPair.

And I saw Barnes & Noble coming soon... if that's true, heck yeah! I know it's mostly chains, not unique boutique shops and businesses, but there is still enough variety that I have no complaints. The outdoor mall is fairly modern, and the area feels safe. A summer concert series occurs on 4th fridays of the month at The Block Plaza near Koja Kitchen, which was convenient this past weekend cuz I grabbed dinner at Koja Kitchen and was able to enjoy the live music while dining. A few doors down, I picked up a yummy chocolate chip cookie from Crumbl too. However if coming here for the live entertainment, the location's not the best. It gets crowded cuz it's just a small space, with concrete surface, and you gotta bring your own lawn chairs if you want seating. There was a tiny dance floor in front of the stage too, but really nothing inviting about the setup. That said, The Cheeseballs put on a fun show for the crowd, with the band performing funk, soul, and rnb tunes. They played various hits including Whitney Houston's I Wanna Dance With Somebody, Hips Don't Lie by Shakira, You Make My Dreams Come True by Daryl Hall and John Oates, and Chappell Roan's Pink Pony Club mashed up with Katy Perry's Firework. Also, parking and traffic is never really an issue for me in this shopping center except near Costco and In-N-Out.

Before it used to be kinda empty after Lido Supermarket left....however in 2005 when 99 Ranch Market moved in things started looking better for this shopping center, more stores, shops, and restaurants! Now it's a thriving Asian shopping center! Here is a list of the general big retail stores and restaurants: 99 Ranch Market Lido Saigon Seafood Harbor Restaurant Little Sichuan Restaurant 85 Degrees Bakery Cafe Newark Buffet East West Bank Dollar Tree Wendy's Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits Big O Tires The other side of the shopping center consists of some of following Restaurants and Stores: Fitness 2000 & Kids Castle Chevron Gas Station Del Taco Quiznos CoCurry Thai Cuisine Kioku Sushi Iron Sushi Newark Good Year Tire Center Bank of the West Parking: Parking here at this shopping center can be a HASSLE especially on the weekends due to soo many different restaurants & shops, 99 Ranch Market, Dollar Tree and now the newly opened 85 Degrees Bakery Cafe. I recommend parking on the opposite side of the shopping center, by Fitness 2000 and Kids Castle and walking towards the 99 Ranch Market area because it will be EXTREMELY difficult to find parking near that side on the weekends, weekdays however you should be fine. ** However, please be aware and do NOT park your car in the Wendy's or Popeye's parking lot, your car is subjected to be TOWED unless of course, your dinning at Wendy's or Popeye's. So if your shopping at 99 Ranch Market or 85 Degrees Bakery Cafe, do NOT park in the Wendy's or Popeye's lot!** Shopping Carts: Both Dollar Tree and 99 Ranch Market have shopping carts for customers to use during their trip to the store, so you can be sure to find plenty of shopping carts throughout the shopping center parking lots. Overall, it's a pretty big and decent thriving Asian shopping center that is now full of businesses after 99 Ranch Market moved on in!

The building was a former Ford auto plant, which gave them plenty of room to work with. The mall opened in 1994. It's primarily an outlet mall, but they have lots of other retailers as well. They have a Dick's Sporting Goods, they have a Home Depot across the parking lot , for clothes, they have Marshalls, Kohl's, Burlington, Old Navy and lots of others. They even have a furniture store They have stores ranging from bargain to luxury . They have restaurants ranging from Dave and Buster's, to Burger King to Popeyes to Jollibee, as well as food and snacks in all different. Nationalities. If you can't find something to eat here, you are not hungry. They have a movie theater with 20 screens, other play places, and . They even have a "cattery.". With roughly 200 stores, if you can't find what you are looking for here, you aren't looking hard enough. Of course, the stores do change from time to time. This is what was there when I was there..... The mall is in a giant circle, so it makes it very hard to get lost. Just keep walking, and you will come back to the door that you came in. The place can get busy, especially during the holidays. I was there on a Sunday, with a lot of people there, but again the size made the crowds much more manageable. I'll stop here whenever I'm in the area, to see what's currently going on. Thank you!
