I will follow Twinkle to the end of time! She seriously is the fastest and best at doing eyebrows. I went to her old place and they didn't tell me where she moved (luckily I googled and found her here). She's fantastic. Not sure about anyone else but I live out of state and no one else touches my brows still. That should tell ya something :) read more

Absolutely love this new eyebrows threading shop. I came here originally because twinkle is the girl I go to to get my eyebrows done. She does an amazing job and has great customer service. I like the shop a lot because it set up is very nice there's three chairs and seating as you wait read more

I wish 0 stars were an option. I have been going to this salon for about 9 months now.. Not ever the greatest customer service. Especially twinkle, I sat there after checking in for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. Twinkle was done/said her wait time was a minute. She gave me attitude and said Payal was available. Some guy randomly wanted to get his eyebrows done without a check in and was prioritized over me since his girl had just been done with hers. If you value respect and customer service with a smile, don't go here. read more

She TOOK OFF the practically the whole tail /end of my brow from the arch over. The hair that she didn't take off, I think she tried to "fix" it by cutting the hair almost down to my skin. When I said something she denied it and told me the hair is there -- it's not. If I push my nail against my skin there isn't any hair that stands up. I'm just lucky I have micro bladed before or else from my arch over there wouldn't be anything there. read more

I've been here 3 times for eyebrow threading and each time I leave with cuts on my eyelids... the cuts stay for about 1 week. I think it's because they move really fast to finish my eyebrows? It leaves me with cuts and unfortunately will not be going back. read more

I got my eyebrows done here after work, & whoever did them - did them so nice. I couldn't believe she did them so quickly & they came out that great! (but I also don't have a ton of eyebrow hair to work with). Thank you for making me look good again! The importance of eyebrow grooming should never be underestimated! I literally came to work the next day feeling way more confident. The mask covers half our face, but not our eyes ;) read more

Twinkle is an eyebrow wizard! After Covid required the re-closing of every indoor business with no outside patio area, I had nowhere to go to pamper myself. I literally felt like a werewolf letting my eyebrows grow out to the point of no return. As things started to reopen, I saw/read really good reviews on Twinkle's work..and boy am I glad I gave her the chance! She definitely gave me what I wanted - shape and thickness. After today's visit, I definitely recommend her and will admit, she is my new go-to for eyebrow threading. read more

Twinkle is great! I followed her from Nanu & she is my main eyebrow threader for over 5 years. She fixed my eyebrows when we first met & she keeps them in shape for me. Super friendly & does an excellent job every time. I've gotten compliments about my eyebrows & I always refer them back to here! I have been going to Baba's threading for about a year now and now I don't let anyone else touch my brows. Tinkle does the best brows! I have always struggled with the shape at others places but it is perfect every time I come here. I highly recommend Baba's for their talent and there excellent customer service. I moved further away but I still make the drive every 2-3 weeks because it is definitely worth it. read more

Disappointing experience -- no consultation and stencil-only brows…read more I booked a brow wax with Sarah and was very disappointed. There was no consultation at all. She immediately started marking my face, and when I stopped her to ask what we were doing with my brows, she told me they don't do consultations and instead use a stencil and wax everything outside of it. I trusted the process, but as she started waxing, she mentioned she had just started doing brows and that this is how she was taught. My brows were very full before and only needed a cleanup. When she finished, they were much thinner and uneven, and I was shocked. She said, "Next time we can use a thicker stencil," but I was never asked what I wanted beforehand or shown what my brows would look like before waxing. A simple consultation would have prevented this. Brows are not one-size-fits-all, and waxing without understanding the client's goals is careless. If you care about your brows, I recommend going to an artist who takes the time to ask what you want instead of relying on stencils.

I get there and I can't find the room - I'm calling/texting for guidance and she's so agitated and rude. Finally, I call and ask "can you at least come out or something" to where she responds "ugh no one has had such difficulty finding the suite" like???? Is it so hard for you to come out, I have previous people offer to come out just as a courtesy. Also, she said she was so "booked" and I couldn't changed my appt slot to 12 so... that's also funny. Anyway, terrible customer service.

She's very patient with you and although I've been getting my brows done for as long as I can remember, she still gave me a shape that framed my face in a new way, positively. She did great work for the price of 80-145$ depending on how long I had gone without an appointment. I never paid more than 150$ even at 5 weeks and that's with a 21% tip. She did however often missing areas and the lashes started falling off within a week of a visit not each time but frequently. I went 4 months without an appointment due to allowing my lashes a break and to grow naturally with vitamin. When I came back naturally, I guess I expected her to remember my lash style after having me as a client for four years and following her to new beginnings. Unfortunately, this was not the case when I sat in her chair she finished my lashes with a regular thin lash. I paid normal 166.75 that was including a 21% tip. I messaged her a day later asking for another appointment to give a full thick lash style. She charged an extra 25$ . . Which I was OK with as services are not free and I should've mentioned while in her chair.. 3weeks later I asked for another appointment.. scheduling conflicts prevented, and it took a week extra to get a scheduled appointment. I actually had to reach out to her because she ignored.My efforts to schedule an appointment before the 4 weeks mark . She proceeded to do my eyelashes with a hybrid cat eye. Completely satisfied as always with her work , never expecting perfection or complain about her work ethic she handed the payment device with a total amount of 189.75$ for a full hybrid cat eye with a 15% tip ... I was in shock as I was only prepared to pay my 120-140$ for a new full set ... Very upset and having to contact family to send an extra 60 for completing the service she provided .. we went back-and-forth on the amount I typically pay... I left letting her know she has lost a five-year client and she should inform people if prices go up.
