Today was the day. Let's get down to the good stuff: The food was really good! This truck has perfected brisket!! It was flavorful, juicy, with just the right amount of bark. I got the hot mess, fried catfish basket (fried crispy), and an extra side of brisket. Yes, it's good enough to pay for the extra side! The service: The owner Bill is so kind and local to DFW. He cares about people and has a passion for good food. The ambiance: There are tables at the food truck park, and they also give you a fob so you can wait in your car, and it will buzz when your food is ready. It's a little pricey, but the value is good. I also appreciated not being bombarded with a million questions about tipping while I was trying to pay for my food. If you are in the area come support this Texan and his local business.
