Before the service we asked that the tech wear shoe covers we informed the company we had a baby the crawls and puts his hands in his mouth. When we asked the tech to cover his shoes he claims he did not have any covers. He only wears them during the winter. When we asked if we can see the part and make sure it is not damaged before installation on our range, he refused, saying he saw he checked it in the office, he had a smart remarks so we kicked him out. When we called the company the manger said he would close the ticket and leave the part at your door. They got paid for Frigidaire not to complete service. I would not let them in my home.
