This machine has been well-maintained and could have been easily fixed by our regular repair person. I was giving this company a chance based on a referral and wish now that I had read these reviews first. If it was pre-paid and you did NOT install or provide the charged parts, you owe a refund. It is just that simple. And, you should have not "left parts out" on the counter that belong in the machine. Those springs hold up the lid! :( The person clearly did not know what they were doing...our regular repair person called it a "hack job" after seeing what was done and left behind. Update: Just watched your AI video which I did NOT give permission to post. That video shows exactly the issue - you aren't fixing what was broken. The drum spins, but not with clothes or anything in it. The coupler or clutch is slipping. Anyone could turn it on and watch it turn without actually putting a load of laundry in it. The video does not diagnose or show a repair of the problem. More importantly - nobody from the company attempted to call or reply in the last 48 hrs....and my card was charged for parts that were not provided, installed, or left behind.
