It was great, and we actually had about 15 there at the pic of the night, and maybe about 7 paying attention, at the lull of the televised football game. The peolpe there were great and very appreciative to have a Brooklyn Synth-afro pop band play there. There was an old guy named like a simpsons character- I forget which though, so lets just call him Homer, but we looked more like Abe- whatever- he was telling me about how his family has lived in this town for 200 years- imagine that. We sold 2 albums and the younger drunk guy who djs at Washtenaw community college made us sign it.

The winery is beautiful and their is plenty of seating both in the covered patio or on the lawn. We had the apple fritter cider and a rosé wine slushie, both were very good. We also ordered a snack, i was excited because they advertised gluten free options. So we shared the GF flatbread. Unfortunately, it was not flatbread at all. It was 2 slices of what appeared to be Schar toast with melted cheese and some sauce. This is what I used to make myself as an after school snack in middle school. Quite disappointing since the regular flatbread was $12.95 but the gluten free was $15.45. For perspective, the loaf of this bread is max $5.99. While i appreciate places that make an effort to offer gluten free, as it is nice to be included. I don't love being duped or price gouged. Moral of the story, we would come back but probably not order any food.

The minute we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by the friendliest folks who showed us to our table. Side Note- The University of Michigan was playing and the restaurant was slammed- but the staff never skipped a beat. We started with the deviled eggs as an appetizer (pictured)- they may have lasted 2 minutes- because they were so delicious. In the end, my wife decided on the Drunk Guy burger (burger with cheddar cheese, cream cheese, one onion ring, and topped with bourbon hickory sauce. It was cooked well done (as she asked) which was cooked to perfection! I chose the O'Hanna burger, which was a burger with Swiss cheese, bacon, pineapple, and a hickory sauce- cooked to perfection! We both chose the sweet potato tots with a marshmallow/Carmel dipping sauce....yup, you read that right- I could have eaten the sauce with a spoon. These 2 burgers were THE best burgers my wife and I have ever eaten. We were so impressed with the atmosphere, the staff, and the food. If it couldn't have gotten any better, they gave us a thank you card for stopping in.
