We had an important wedding coming up and my husband really wanted a special suit to wear, as he'd have the job of escorting the bride down the aisle. Found b spoke on Yelp and poured over the reviews. They were all so positive that we had to check them out. We called and made an appointment for the same day. With our 5-year-old in tow, we came in to pick out every aspect of my husband's custom suit, from the fabric outside & inside, to the buttons, to the monogram etc. You can even get a written saying if you like that can go under the collar. Did I mention they have a full bar, copious different drinks and tons of snacks? Our little guy was very excited about a mango Snapple and the last time we came in, discovered the peanut butter pretzels. Everyone was really nice to him and they even put on a kid's show on their television (Bluey) so he could sit and watch as we did my husband's fitting. The suit turned out AMAZING. It looked so good at the wedding. And my husband also bought a sports coat while we were there which included a pair of Paige jeans (tailored to his height) as part of a special they were running. This place is quite expensive, but you totally get what you pay for. If you're looking for men's clothing on a completely different level available anywhere, and a luxury experience where you are taken care of the whole way this is your place. I had the pleasure of working with Jasen at b spoke to design and fit a suit for my wedding day. The process from start to finish was great, and the suit turned out amazing! First time getting a nice suit, and custom clothing in general, and it was really cool process to design the suit and fit everything to my frame. Being 6'4", I'm right at the edge of where off the shelf stuff fits kind of oddly, so it was pretty eye opening to see what going custom gets you for fit. The process was super fun, and when we got the suit in, Jasen and the team at b spoke were awesome in getting it adjusted and fitted perfectly. You definitely feel like you are getting the full package here, with some awesome freebies like a custom dress shirt (also best shirt I've every gotten) and some really thoughtful touches like custom hanger included in the package. The dudes here make sure everything is right and you are taken care of. I met with Dan after a personal recommendation from a family friend. He sat down with me to go over a bunch of stuff I did not even realize were options but definitely were. He spent the time being incredibly thorough with me about all options and material selections, then took very careful measurements a few times over to make sure to get everything right. My recent experience at B.Spoke was nothing short of extraordinary. My wife and I worked closely with Jasen who started off the appointment educating us around fabrics, weaves, process, etc. and really took the time (nearly an hour) to inform us, while also learning about me, us and our tastes to really get a feel of who I was - something I've never experienced at other custom men's wear shops anywhere in the world. In short, the ambiance is pure testosterone and I love it. Blake will make you up a specialty cocktail before taking more measurements than you can count. Alyssa will then sit down with you and go through all the accoutrements. Like I said, this is the fun part. You get to pick out the type of fit, style, lapels, buttons, button threads, and lining. And the lining is the REALLY fun part. You get to do all this while sipping on their signature cocktail in a room that screams masculinity among the most gracious and well-mannered client-focused staff I've come in contact with. I personally have only been here on weekends, so the parking, and the shop on Saturday (by appointment) is quiet and empty. (edit: Last weekend was the first time I've seen Dan so busy!) By the way, have you met Dan? Yes, Dan is the man. I have not met the other gentlemen who run/own the shop, but if they are half as good as this man, then they are already ahead of the game. My friend introduced me and my other friends to this place, as we are in that point in our lives where people are getting married, and "dress to impress" is something we no longer take lightly. Now my friend has probably spent enough here to put Dan's Kids through medical school (just kidding) But I have picked up a few things from this spot. Custom fabrics, Italian Silk, intricate Designs, everything custom fitted and tailored to you. Now that doesn't come cheap, and you pay for fine quality and and overall great experience. These gentlemen go out of their way (even outside of the store) to make sure you get the look you desire. Customer service is key here, and Dan and B.Spoke have it in spades. On top of the million different fabrics and designs, Dan (or whomever you work with) can give you tips on what he thinks looks good, what you should go with, and give you ideas on how to complete your look.
