My family and I went to b simple for breakfast on Saturday and were met with a short wait. This restaurant is on the cozier side, with about 6-8 tables and bar seating with a sign outside that says no parties or 5 or up. After our brief wait, we were greeted immediately by our server and got our first rounds of coffee. I ordered the Clint skillet which comes with butter browns (potatoes) and I had to take half home. I ordered it with gravy on top, which id get on the side next time since it came with a lot. I loved my runny eggs, always a favorite part of breakfasts for me, and the skillet overall was delicious. If you're in Prescott, with a small group I'd recommend this spot for breakfast and definitely walk downtown after!

I cannot believe I have lived in Prescott for nearly three years and I am just now reviewing this GEM, I said it Gem! If there is a wait, do it, it is well worth it. The location is small and they will separate large parties to accommodate everyone. We have eaten at B Simple three times now within the last month or so and every time it amazes us more. Let me start with the portion sizes are extremely large, my husband and I could share a meal, but I don't suggest that since there are too many amazing dishes to try! I don't normally start off raving about a side but the potato salad is world class, and so delicious! We have tried the Reuben, if you follow me you will find we love Reubens, the Ken which I highly recommend especially if you love biscuits and gravy. We have also tried both the Joe and the Clint, we enjoyed both it really just depends on the mood you are in, you cannot go wrong on either. Our daughter visiting from college tried the Tasty Omelette with the Butter Browns (their delicious take on hash browns) and let me tell you the plate could have past for clean once she was done. Long story short, this is a must for breakfast or lunch and if there is a wait you can check out a few of Prescott's shops on Whiskey Row, it's a win, win! If you are lucky and Chrissy is working that day, ask for her, she is amazing!

My husband and I had breakfast here one morning while we were visiting and it was great. Pretty small establishment with not a ton of seating but we were able to get in right away and sat at the bar top. The portions are HUGE.... And delicious!! I felt like overall the prices are pretty good as well. The person next to us ordered a burrito and it is something you'd want to share with someone!!

The best! XANTHIA WAS incredible! Not only did she acknowledge us, but she acknowledged us with the smile, very friendly, radiant, and just so fun to have a conversation with. I'm so glad I cut down the amount of eggs in my burrito because instead of the 6 egg, I ordered the three egg and it was huge. I absolutely loved it. I love the butter browns, the green chili brisket and the green chili on top of the burrito was incredible. I can't wait to eat the rest for breakfast tomorrow. The place was sparsely decorated and very clean, it was amazing. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Love this place, huge breakfast burrito to fill your tummy Service is good, place is small with country vibes, there might be a small wait. The green chili meat in the burrito is my favorite! Definitely one of the top breakfast places in prescott!

Unusual name for a restaurant but what a culinary surprise it was! While searching for a good breakfast spot before leaving Prescott, Arizona, b. simple came highly recommended. The vibe is small diner like, but the food was excellent. This place is known for its New Mexico Chile influence and has a well deserved reputation for quality. If they're busy, getting a table can be a confusing chore (stand along the wall); but the service here overall was very friendly and genuine once seated. I ordered a dish simply called "Joe". Such a delicious breakfast skillet that starts with a bed of "Butter Browns", which are some of the best hash browns you'll put in your mouth. Then comes a gustatory rock concert of tasty meats. Crumbled sausage, diced ham, diced bacon, etc. That's all smothered with a blanket of outstanding green chile, two eggs and cheeses. All that stuck very nicely with me for the 6 hour drive back home to San Diego. Will definitely eat here again the next time I'm in Prescott.

The staff here at B Simple were so friendly upon entering. The Resturant is so cozy. This is the exact place I imagined having breakfast after a little walk around downtown Prescott. Jessica and Zan were awesome! They welcomed us and made us feel like locals and we now have this location on our list for whenever we visit!

French toast with biscuits and peach jam on the side

Amazing food and generous portions. It's a small place so I'm sure there's a wait when it's busy, but we arrived around 11 on a Friday morning and were seated right away. The staff was attentive and friendly. I got the full order of French toast, but they do offer a smaller portion (which I probably should've gotten since we were just passing through town and couldn't take leftovers). My husband got The Ken and ended up leaving a whole biscuit covered in gravy on his plate - and he doesn't get full easily! I love biscuits so I ordered a side to try them here - the side is two large biscuits served with homemade jam. I chose the peach, which was delicious! All in all a wonderful little space that I'm sure we will return to on our next trip through the area!

Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and very yummy crispy hashbrowns that they call butter browns

My husband tried the French toast breakfast with bacon and thought it was delicious. I ordered a Ham & Cheese Omelette (well done) with a side of crispy hash browns and they were both cooked to perfection. My only issue was the amount of ham that was served. It truly was very minimal and I would've preferred that the ham be mixed with the egg as opposed to spooned in the fold, but I guess I should've requested it that way. Our friends had their usual Chicken Fried Chicken and Eggs with Bacon breakfasts and both had the house potatoes, which I got to try and they were fantastic! I would certainly order them instead of the hash browns next time. One of our friends also added a waffle to his breakfast and we all took a quarter of it (because sharing is caring! ). I'm not a huge fan of waffles, so I cant really give an opinion one way or another. I'm guessing it was good, because they ate it! Anyway, cute little establishment with friendly service and a place that I'd surely return to in the future.

They have a large inside eating area but also a beautiful patio and the weather was perfect! I had the prickly pear cider, which was dry but crisp. For dinner my grandpa had the beet salad which he really enjoyed but heavy on the dressing. My grandma had the chicken wrap, also delicious and enough for two meals! My friend and I shared the mahi mahi tacos and a chicken quesadilla. The portion was perfect. The tacos were phenomenal, some of the best I've had. The quesadilla was also huge with good salsa. I recommend their green hot sauce, it was spicy but not too hot and paired well with the tacos and quesadilla! Will definitely be a Prescott favorite!

When we finally get up to the register, we tried to order breakfast at 11:02 and the cashier sharply told us we just stopped serving breakfast at 11:00. She felt rude when she said to us as well, but that's just our opinion. I understand swapping the menu over at a certain time and gearing the kitchen towards a lunch focused menu, but we were in line WELL BEFORE 11 am, and the person in front of the person in front of us, ordered breakfast! I'm usually not someone to write a review on anything, much less a negative one, but I feel like a little understanding would've been appropriate. We ended up getting a wonderful breakfast around the corner at The Cowboy Kitchen. (Wayyyy better vibe anyway.)

It was pretty loud, I had a hard time hearing what was being said. The barista was fast with my drinks though. I waited for less then a minute. I spend a lot of money at coffee shops and am use to the pricing...I am also use to big city Downtown coffee prices...this one hurt. I spent $18 on a medium pumpkin spice coldbrew with oatmilk and a medium caramel apple cider. There is non dairy alternatives, it is $1 to add non-dairy. The caramel apple ciders taste was muted and I could barely taste the caramel. The pumpkin cold brew was good. The drinks themselves were okay, but definitely not worth the price or going out of your way for.
