Love their loaded fries!! Everything u need in 1 bite. Has to try the Mac n cheese this time. Excited about their new waffle however u only get one and it's on the smaller end. I'm happy to also see they soft launched in Des Moines. Doesn't have the full menu yet hopefully soon!!!

I like Nashville hot chicken and this is the only option in town. Decided to give them a try. The menu is kind of confusing and the couple ahead of me struggled to order. I just wanted to TRY the food and didn't want to order a big meal. Ended up getting a side order of a single chicken tender (Hot) and a side order waffle. Went for the waffle first (best when fresh and hot). Looked good until I flipped the waffle over and saw it was BURNT on the other side. Come on guys! Don't hide the burnt side and serve it, MAKE ANOTHER ONE. I scraped the burnt off and ate it anyway. Waffle wasn't very good. It had WAY TOO MUCH sugar in the batter and I couldn't finish it. Now I'm disappointed I came here and ate the chicken tender. But I LOVED the chicken!!! It had a great crispy skin and super moist and tender inside. Spice level was perfect too! Would come back for the chicken. This is a fast food place. Service was prompt and the girl at the counter was friendly. 2 stars for the waffle and 4 stars for the chicken averaged out to a 3 star review.

I was really excited to try B's Hot Chicken. Its drive thru informs you that there will be a wait time for your meal. But honest, it's worth the wait. The chicken came out hot and fresh, perfect! You can choose your spice level, I ordered a level 4 which was just the kind of heat I was looking for. I would want to try a level 5 next time just to see how hot it goes! The size of the chicken tenders for the sandwich were solid, good sized chunky pieces. I opted for slaw instead of fries, that was my only mistake. The slaw was too sugary sweet for me and didn't have much flavor other than that. You definitely come here for the chicken and not the sides that's for sure. I'll be coming back and doubling up on chicken next time!

Ordered takeout for dinner tonight from B's Hot Chicken. My partner picked up the meal, it wasn't ready at the time it was supposed to be, but a lot of restaurants do that and actually cook it right when you arrive so that you take it hot, so that wasn't a huge deal. I cannot speak to the ambience or the cleanliness of the restaurant. I can speak to the food- it was absolutely fantastic! I had the chicken sandwich meal- mild. I did read reviews prior to picking up food from here, and everyone says that the spice level is unbearable, so I ordered mild. My partner on the other hand ordered very hot- he struggled to eat his sandwich. But the chicken was so crispy and juicy and had amazing taste in flavor. It was seriously one of the best chicken sandwiches that I've had. My fries were also fantastically seasoned and crispy and the two sauces you can get are the white sauce or the pink sauce and they were both really good. My daughter tried the mac & cheese and she loved it. Or all I think this place is fantastic for a really really good chicken sandwich! Highly recommend!

Not a fan at all! The biggest compliment that I can give is that there is a drive thru but waiting over 30 minutes in it (after ordering) is just not acceptable! Even with the posted sign saying "You're Paying for good food, not fast food". We ordered a #1 and a # 3. They were basically one strip meal and a two-strip meal. They came with fries and a drink, which came to about $30 and some change. The chicken was juicy but really had no taste. There was a lot of dry rub without much seasoning taste. We had a slice of white bread. Two pickles per tender and the worst crinkle fries that I have ever had. The seasoning on the fries was just, blah! Not salty, not sweet, just there! Probably will never come again! Great location, plus for having a drive thru, great concept, horrible execution!

If you craving a good spicy chicken sandwich this is the place to be. Good mix of flavors from the slaw, seasoning on the chicken and the house sauce they have. Good service, pricing and made to order hot.

Idk who said that this places isn't spicy anymore since the new name change... I JUST TASTED THAT SPICY SANDO B's Hot Chicken is straight fire -- 5/5, no cap. Crispy, juicy, spicy in all the right ways. Bussin fr, run don't walk ‍

Only two people in the lobby and took over 10 minutes for this meal. Sandwich is a chicken strip on a small bun. Very small serving of fries. Flavor was good. Value was not. Also, loud annoying music playing in the dining area and trash all over the parking lot.

Food 5/5 but scared to see what the kitchen looks like The chicken was juicy and spicy but I'm scared if their kitchen is even clean because of how poorly kept the rest of the restaurant is. Service 4/5 took our order right away but saw some people waiting 10++ minutes just to order They have a drive through but I saw cars parked off to the side It took over 30 minutes to get our order so imagine waiting outside with your car running Ambiance 0/5 the restaurant is dirty with streaks all over the counters and seating area isn't clean The bathrooms are worse than a 7/11 on the side of the freeway.

Stopped by today for lunch after 2:00 pm. We ordered a Chicken ( Mild spice) sandwich with the fries and 2 tenders ( Mild spice) with Spicy Mac & Cheese. We ordered fry sauce and ranch dipping sauce. Fry sauce was better than the Ranch - which was not up to Ranch aficionado criteria at all. Husband reported his sandwich was tasty. Both of us thought the spice coating was a tad heavy handed but not in heat level. The spice coating did not really enhance the tenders but overwhelmed it in my opinion. Fries were pretty decent. The Mac & Cheese good- it was so hot temperature wise - noodles a bit overcooked. The cheese sauce was delicious though. My tenders came with 2 slices of untoasted white bread. Did not eat. Sliced pickles were a nice touch. Cashier was personable. The restaurant was dirty and the bathrooms were even grosser. Had I gone to the bathroom first, I likely would not have stayed to order. There was an unmentionable smear on the outlet, no seat covers, no soap, and no paper towels!!!!!! Food had potential BUT if the dining area not clean ( trash bins full) , tables had debris, and the bathrooms atrocious, one can only imagine what the kitchen might be like. A sad disappointment.

Let me start by saying I would give this place 10 stars on customer service! The young lady at the register, Camelle was a sweetheart. She was very welcoming and patient with us as we ordered. She made our experience one to remember. She explained everything to us and made recommendations. Food was yummy. I have a super high tolerance for heat but glad I stuck with a 4 heat. I enjoyed every bite. The restaurant was clean and well kept. When we arrived there was only one couple there, by the time we left the restaurant had lots of other people. Glad to see this business is thriving. Keep supporting businesses like this. Please remember to tip these young men and women that work at these restaurants. We will be back and I will be telling everyone about this spot.

number 5 fries drink one sandwich had mild sauce one had hot sauce definitely had my husband sweating and eyes watering

Had lunch today for the first time.... First…read moreobservation...NO ADA entrance, only stairs, ramp needs to be installed; after a yr in business they should have already figured that out. The staff are very attentive and friendly, the store itself could use some tweaking; more details in a minute. My 9" Veggie was very good, real Deli feel, and two slices of cheese with all the trimmings, but they forgot my tomato slices, which they quickly remedied, and the bread was a bit chewy but still good. Also, when you advertise "avocado" one would expect fresh slices, avocado spread is not a vegetable; I suggest real sliced avocado for the best veggie hoagie, or maybe an option? My husband had the Ruben, he wanted a 9" but also wanted Rye Bread so they said they would make the inside 9" on the 6" Rye, that was nice of them to offer. There was a lot of meat and plenty of dressing, hubby said very tasty, too - however, the meat was cold on the inside and it was a Dark Rye instead of Marble Rye, and the bread slices were very small and thin; suggest getting a larger slice Marble Rye and make it as a 9" sandwich. Drinks and chips are offered at a seperate price. Parking is very limited, and The building needs some work. The eating area is small but okay, the tables were mainly a waiting area for take out, but for those of us who did eat in, the tables were not wiped down once while we were there, and the floor needed a desperate sweep. The wait was a bit long but they were very busy (a very good sign) take out orders are many, and for the most part only 1 person dedicated to making sandwiches. Suggestions: You're busy! Hire more people to make sandwiches and Dedicate someone to the register and taking care of the lobby area, clearing tables, sweeping etc. Honestly, the concept is ideal, and the food is great and can only get better with time. The one thing that I would add for continued success would be a womans ingenuity and touch, just sayin' All in all.... We had great experience. The food was good! And, We will definitely be back. Thanks

We were going to Poquitos on Division but looks like that place fell prey to the Tacoma curse. A…read morelot of places don't hang around too long and that spot in particular has seemed hard to keep in business. But then we looked cross the street on 1st, where there used to be an Anthem, and even though it was already 6pm, this sandwich shop was still open and...there was a BINGO game happening. Whaddya know? So we took a peak in and they were not only serving sandwiches but they also had a cooler full of microbrews and kombuchas, beer on tap, wine, and a whole list of cocktails made from prosecco and other non-hard liquors like Amaro. Truly something for everyone. So we gave our order to the sweet human at the counter and took our seats I'm not kidding, my Amaro sour was one of the best cocktails I've had in a while in Tacoma and so were the pretzel sticks. I want my cocktails cold, tart, and refreshing with a little kick of funk or herbs and I want my pretzels salty. You wouldn't think that's such a high bar to clear but you'd be surprised. Sandwich Starr nailed it. Our Zatan sandwich was tasty but even though the bread felt a little stale. Otherwise the decor is kinda '90s coffee house and they've got bingo! Overall, this is an odd spot but the drinks are really good and it's got heart and it's the heart that makes it Tacoma.

Absolutely outstanding food and the freshest I have ever tasted in a while within Mediterranean…read moretype food in Seattle/Tacoma area. This was a good restaurant in another name a few years ago but the new owner and name is a notch above and worth the drive wherever you're coming from. Absolutely delicious!

I swear this place must have the best meat I have ever tasted because before last night I don't…read morerecall ever having better tasting meat in my life. It was my first time in and I wasn't sure what to get so the server recommended the mixed grill which came with chicken and beef on a skewer charbroiled to perfection and a log of kafta which is ground lamb and beef mixed together. It was SOOOOOO good. I ate it the next day and it was equally delicious! I am not a huge hummus fan but I loved theirs. There was something very authentic tasting about their olive oil drizzle on it. The hummus was the perfect texture and flavors. It was amazing. The salad was great they don't skimp on the dressing. I would order a whole salad next time to get more onions and olives that's how tasty it was - left me wanting more! They don't give you a bunch of rice like other places which is fine with the mixed grill plate because there's already so much on this $35 dish (worth every penny). The pita was not too thick, not too thin and perfectly chewy. Everything about this meal seemed very authentic to me, however I don't have a great gauge on authentic Lebanese food. It was seat yourself and I found a spot right away. They weren't busy for dine in but plenty of people must love the place because there were a lot of pickup orders. The ambiance is clean and beautiful with colored lamps hanging from the ceiling and just enough decor. My dinner meal was large enough that I was able to enjoy it today for lunch. Omg I almost forgot about the sauce ! It's served with two white sauces. One is garlic the other is idk but they were both 10/10 but the garlic would be my #1. I have had this sauce before and I thought it was amazing then but at Beirut bites it's even better ! Ok, I couldn't stop thinking about it today. So I called in a kafta sandwich with fries, a lemonade and baklava to go. It did not disappoint. The fries were delicious and the bare look of them fools you because you think they have no flavor. You'd be very wrong to think that! I might like them more than five guys fries... the lemonade is fresh made in house and very tart with a hint of mint. It's refreshing. The kafta sandwich was packed with yummy veggies and wrapped up tight and clean! At first I thought the sandwich was small but I think that's misleading because of how tight it's wrapped because I was very full eating it! It was the perfect portion for me. I haven't tried the baklava yet. I have already recommended this place to a few people and will definitely return. The flavors are unbeatable.
