The margarita pizza was amazing, the beer was cold, service was good and bartender was very nice.

Fun place, friendly staff, they have live bands on the weekends. The older local patrons are a little rude and territorial but just stand up to them. You can't walk in 5 minutes before the band starts and tell people to move from your seat. Seats aren't reserved if they are they'd be marked. I can't stand people that act like they have some kind of seating rights even when you've been a in seat waiting for the band hours before them. Don't let the locals run you off. It's a fun hotel bar with a dance floor and access to the outside pool area. read more

This is a fun place! Karaoke, live music, decent food & drinks. Locals and travelers enjoy this venue. The servers hustle and really do work to please you. The food takes a bit too long to get, but it is a busy hotel on the sea wall. Fun place to visit read more

Been here three times . All three times the ervice has been pretty slow and there seems to be no organization. Usually on Christmas day its really slow but this time it was pretty busy and the bartenders and staff were overwhelmed . Took about 30 mins to get a drink at the bar. Food was surprisingly delicious! Not a place that I would really avoid but it's not a place I would look forward to go to ! read more

Whenever I visit the island this is my go to place on Thursday nights I love the lineup band. If you love to dance and enjoy the 80s music and a variety of other Genres to dance to this is a great place. I like the idea that you can order appetizers of food there and the drinks are priced well! But I go for the lineup band them one of my favorites on the island. So kick back relax eat an appetizer have a nice drink and that your booty off to the line a ban on Thursday nights. read more

Timing is everything. We dropped into B Jiggers in the afternoon, and I was ready to give them a 5 star rating. The bartender was awesome and made some amazing drinks. He also was very helpful in describing local attractions. We came back after dinner, and the new bartender couldn't manage the mixed drinks very well. When the karaoke started, it was loud enough to kill any conversation, so we just gave up. read more

Called the hotel phone number just trying to get a simple question answered for when their live music began. After getting past the automated answering system, it took two people to finally figure it out with the second person copping an attitude! Unreal!! This hotel needs to find more competent people and maybe consider just getting rid of the automated teller?!? No way to run your business for a hotel or any other for that matter!! read more

Food is absolutely delicious...but the service is horrible. Not once were we checked on after getting our food, had to ask other servers/bartender for things and they still brought out the wrong items we needed, never got our beer. Our server sat there and just avoided looking our direction for us to even possibly try to get her attention. But the wings are absolutely amazing! read more

Worst service that I have had in Galveston in all of the years I have been coming to Galveston. Was going to get an appetizer and drinks while the game was on. We ordered tea that never showed up in the hour that we sat there. Dr. Pepper was flat and ordered ranch dressing with the calamari that took forever to get. Our server was never available and actually had to track her down to get the check. When I did get the check had to track her down to pay it. I would think Holiday Inn on the Beach resort could do better. read more

They book great bands here! The manager Chris (LOVE) is always great! The Galveston locals come here to party, much cheaper than other bars in this area for top notch Martinis! Good security to keep the fools away! read more

When we come to Galveston we always stay at Holiday Inn Resort. We make it a point to stay on Thursday nights to go to B. Jigger's to see the band and visit with Nick. He's a li ways been very personable and has remembered us through the years! We come to Galveston only 3 or 4 times a year! read more

If you're looking for a great place to relax and enjoy some drinks do not go to this place unless you are ready to be pay more than your tab. We had a $220 tab (great night). The charge on my account was over $270.00. Talking to the manager she was very rude and said it's standard practice to charge an additional 20% (not the tip). I highly recommend skipping this place. Most of the staff was great but we were overcharged at the bar. The manager we spoke to was rude and unwilling to help. She insisted that holding 20% on a tab is common practice but it was more than 20% and I have never heard of such a practice. read more

I went in for a quick drink an hour before closing . I sat for about 10 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence although there were only maybe 5 others in there that the bartender was very interested in. Finally a manager walks up to ask what I would like. A few seconds later, the very obviously drunk bartender shows up with my drink. He tells me it was just a well drink and he didn't bring what I had ordered. "Um okay, I guess that's okay." Then he grabs the cash off of my table and says, "I will take it out of this." I say, "how much was it?" He says "like around $7 or $8." So I say," okay well here is a $10 bill." He then says, "you don't need any change right?" Sucked down my drink and left.
