I looked online and found great reviews for Restore Hyper Wellness in North Scottsdale, so glad I did. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The staff is super welcoming, very patient and extremely well informed. I was a little nervous that I would feel claustrophobic or be uncomfortable but with their system and the attention they afforded each new guest, I had ZERO problems. In fact, I could have stayed in much longer and rocked out to the song I selected for the session. After I left, I had a very surprising result. I am menopausal. And I'm not crabby, but I've felt kind of 'meh' for the last few years. After leaving, I went to visit with a friend and I felt like the old me for the first time in years. Lots of energy and just more enthusiastic. I don't pretend to understand it, I am going to do some research to learn more, but it gave me such a great energy I already went back today for another round. I'm going to keep going back and reassess in a couple months but so far I'm SOLD. Kate helped when I went, and then again helped my daughter when I brought her in. We couldn't have asked for more. She is wonderful to be sure. Totally informed, very easy to be around and made us both completely comfortable. We really really appreciate her and can't wait to go back. That double standard alone tells you everything you need to know. The lack of communication, respect, and basic professionalism is repulsive. Letting go of your best provider with no warning and leaving loyal clients scrambling is not how a reputable business operates. The owner's behavior feels shady at best, and I no longer trust this practice with anything related to my face or my money. If you're looking for quality aesthetics, transparency, and professionalism, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. There are far better providers who actually value their clients.
