You couldn't meet a nicer, more caring group of ladies. This review is for my 120 min. therapeutic massage with Danielle. I can't even describe in words how beyond amazing she is. A sweet spirit... her massage was easily one of the best I've ever experienced. She had the best touch with perfect pressure to get the results I needed to feel better from all my strength training. Lots of knots and stress build up that she seamlessly diminished. I will definitely be adding Danielle and her healing hands into my wellness routine.

I noticed my full body went into a state of relaxation hours after treatment. After the treatment I actually went to the gym and got a really nice pump and didn't feel tight like I usually do. I felt loose, relaxed and overall in a state of mental clarity. I wasn't stressed and was completely at ease. After coming out of the chamber it felt like I took a jog in flagstaff without any clothes. A nice change from the heat we get here in AZ! Staff was amazing and I just had to experience what else they offer so I signed up for their membership plan and I am excited to be back!

Ahhhh, nothing like a colonoscopy/endoscopy double procedure to wake you up to the fact that you…read moreneed to pay more attention to the internal "plumbing." Thank goodness for Love My Colon Urban Detox and their compassionate staff for helping pave the way to a successful procedure. Did you know you can bypass the Suprep monstrosity altogether and just do a series of hydrotherapy sessions to prep for your exam? I didn't either until my physician mentioned it as an alternative to the Suprep. I'm allergic/sensitive to several of the ingredients in the Suprep and it was my doctor who informed me it was an option. However, he warned me that one session and even two sessions wouldn't be enough. Armed with that info, I phoned LMCUD and asked if they'd be able to fit me in at specific times of the day (I had to do one final hydrotherapy session on the morning of my procedure). Tannis and her crew of capable and compassionate therapists went out of their way to make sure I could get in when needed for a successful medical exam later in the day. Curious to know how many sessions it took? I ended up doing 4 sessions total: 3 "open" and the final one "closed". My doctor told me that I was "very clean" when he went in with his camera. I also fasted the final 2.5 days. Clear broth on the first fasting day, water and tea the last two. I walked out of my procedure about 8 pounds lighter -- but to be clear, this is not for weight loss! I just happened to get the benefits of a nice fast doing the prep and gave my body a rest... which gave it more time to detox. Another tip: liquid mineral drops to remineralize during the fast. Tannis' staff were very compassionate, caring and helpful. I can't express my gratitude enough. They were very attentive, respected my privacy and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely a no judgement zone! The best detail of all: not having to guzzle down heaps of salts and chemicals via a 6 hour forced purge of my innards. (You should read the pamphlet insert on the Suprep sometime. Side effects are pretty heinous and can include kidney damage, heart arrhythmia and seizues.) So, if you're looking for a more natural/holisitic way to prep for a colonscopy I highly recommend this method. I also benfitted by having some nice fasting/detox results. It was a reminder we should all be cleaning out our "plumbing" more often and giving it a rest!

She helped me understand how our bodies are designed to heal, regulate, and return to homeostasis when we give them the proper nutrients and environment to do so. What stood out most to me was the level of support she provided throughout the entire program. This wasn't just about handing me a meal plan and sending me on my way--she consistently offered guidance, encouragement, and genuine care. There were moments during my journey that were challenging, but her compassion, knowledge, and reassurance made all the difference. She creates a safe and empowering space that's filled with both education and love, and you can truly feel that she is invested in your success and overall well-being. I now have a much deeper understanding of my body and feel confident in my ability to make choices that support long-term health and balance. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to reset their health, learn how the body naturally functions, and receive real support throughout the process. I am healing Lupus!

I have been suffering from severe, chronic back pain, as well as extreme constipation for many…read moreyears, following 7 large scale, open back surgeries. As both a patient in both of these areas, as well as a Physical Therapist, I do feel I am a decent/adequate resource to review both of the modalities they offer. The Ceragem spinal massage tables are nothing short of amazing! You have complete control as needed of the intensity & places you'd like it to focus on, plus, both Gary & Irene are wonderful sources of information, guidance & suggestions. There are a number of various types of sessions & settings, allowing you to be proactive in choosing (with their guidance) the level of intensity, & what areas of the spine it hits or focuses on. I have a back full of titanium, & I can tolerate this, & even after just 1 session, I noticed a distinct change for the better the next morning! I've also been to a few other colonic hydrotherapy places, but by far, my experiences here have been above & beyond all others. They have what I consider the best system available, the "Angel of Water", an open system, is as comfortable as can be in such a situation. It provides the most effective & efficient results I've ever experienced. The room is clean, quiet, & private. Both Irene & Gary are very knowledgeable about this issue & the modality being used, & make the client feel like they're the only person who matters at that time! Teriffic! But Gary & Irene are very easy-going, knowledgeable, & comforting people, who definitely go out of their way to best accommodate the client. Scheduling is rarely an issue, as they are always trying to have the clients' best interest in mind. They also offer a variety of supplements, & programs to further your detoxing journey, but they certainly do NOT PUSH their products on clients; only make suggestions, again, in the clients' best interest. I would absolutely recommend anyone who is experiencing any type of back/neck pain, &/or constipation, or even if you're just the type of person who likes both the idea & feeling of being detoxed from so much waste in our bodies, & the many toxins we take in, or are simply in our environment. I couldn't be more grateful for all they have done for me, & continue to do, @ Detox Body Cleanse! Just give it a try- you won't regret it!
