Looking at other sites, they sent them to permanently closed and turned off Google reviews. When you call you just get a voice mail. I called the other Perspire Studios here in AZ, who are owned by a different owner and they were informed of the closing might happen but did not know it already happened. It is very sad because my wife had been going there since the grand opening. It is just really sad it closed without saying anything to customers. My wife was there last week. My wife is out a few credits and lost out on half a month's membership. And I saw online that others had just purchased packages. My suggestion is to contact your credit card company to see if they can do anything. I reached out to the corporate number to see if I can verify and find out more info. Overall, Just really sad they just closed down without saying anything. We would have loved to say thank you for the past 4 years. It was a great studio with wonderful people working there. Really sad for the people that worked the front desk and most likely just lost a job. I would grab a picture and look at the store, but I live 40 min away. No one ever answered the phone or returned my left voicemails. Upon arriving at my scheduled appointment I was surprised to find the lights were off and the door was locked. There were two phone numbers written down and taped to the window of the establishment. After contacting both numbers someone texted me back indicating that they did not know there was an appointment scheduled and they're short staffed and couldn't fulfill the scheduled appointment. I found that to be very odd because I had booked the appointment several days prior. I explained I wouldn't be coming back and would like to be refunded for the gift certificate that was purchased. I was told that someone would be in contact with me about reimbursement and I haven't heard from anyone since then. That was three weeks ago. Do not visit this business. They are scammers!!

This therapy has been the best thing I have have ever tried. I also did an add-on. I forget the name of it but it has the Tesla coil in the room and I was told it helps ground you.
