In our last…read morevisit, my wife requested to have a tech that doesn't wear perfume or have strong smells and to have the IV go slow because all of these would make her symptoms from her condition worse as she is suffering from a rare complex neurological condition. First off the tech arrived and although she was very kind and great, she had a strong smell from her lotion that fill our whole house. We asked her if after putting the IV in, if she could sit in the other room and check in on us because she smelled to strong and it was making my wife sick. Additionally, we asked to make the IV slow in order to not overwhelm her system. She agreed to both and said it was no problem. An hour later, a dispatch operator named Chris (apparently he is one of the owners as well), calls his tech, and then proceeds to yell at my wife and telling her that her request and the speed that we were going were simply "unacceptable". I don't care who you are, you don't yell at your customer (who is already dealing with stress from a medical condition) because your tech agreed to our request. If there was an issue, it should have been explained in a better way. Simply, they don't care about you and your care, they just want to get to the next appointment and collect your money. Will never use them again.

However, on a recent weekday afternoon, I found myself in the area of this Scottsdale location, so I popped in for a visit. The ladies working there were welcoming and kind. I decided to go with the "Athletic Performance IV" which includes b-complex, glutathione, magnesium, and calcium. My visit was uneventful... I was in and out within maybe 40 minutes but was able to relax during the IV, connect to wifi, do a bit of work, etc... I appreciated the charging cord, comfortable chair and drink to hydrate even more. I so appreciate Hydrate IV Bar for the care and quality they put into the experience every time (at all locations). Because we were staying on site I made the wise decision to go two days in a row. The first day I went splashy and got a facial at the Sisley spa inside the spa. I love Sisley products. What an incredible experience. This includes up to three flutes of M&C champagne, macarons and a sample gift. It was an excellent facial and a great start to our mini getaway. The second day I went to the larger part of the spa and had a one hour massage with April. This was fantastic. Both days I had full access to all the facilities for no upcharge. There were waterfalls, water therapy and a large rooftop pool. It was chilly out, but many of us braved the chill in our oversized robes in an attempt to soak up some sun by the pool. I got some sun on my legs for a good 20 minutes. Brrrrr! The second day I had a generously sized fruit salad pool side. I loved the eucalyptus towards the end of the massage and my feet felt baby soft and clean after the foot scrub. The amenities are fabulous. The lavender meditation room is under rated.
