I had my first appointment with Jeannette on 2/7, and scheduled the follow up appointment for 3/7. Since then I have tried to reschedule the follow up appointment (the groupon I purchased covers 2 sessions). I left voice mails at both of the spa #'s 623-935-9928 & 480-553-2113. I have also sent an email to naturalhealingwatersaz@gmail.com. Last Saturday I drove to the spa twice during office hours. You could tell someone was in the office, but the door was locked and they didn't answer. I'm terribly disappointed! First by the fact that Jeannette had set the original appointment with me, but when I showed up was surprised and unprepared. Second by the unethical way they've responded to my attempts to complete our transaction. I am not sure I would have trusted them to "clean my colon" had I seen a review like this. It is very disheartening. If you don't want to do something, at least have the decency to let the clients know. I realize that the groupon is only a fraction of what the service normally runs. However the purpose of the groupon should have been to grow the business, not drive potential customers away. read more

Wow! What a GREAT experience! Not the type of thing you would imagine someone saying after having their colon cleaned for the first time, but its True! After reading about all the benefits of colon cleansing and wanting to detox my body and get rid of acne, I called several places in the valley. I was nervous about the procedure and didn't know what to expect so I had a lot of questions. I called 3 different places that I didn't get a good feeling from or questions answered. I finally called Healing Waters and spoke with Tammy, the co-owner, directly. She was so informative, welcoming, and reassuring. I had read that its helpful to get your second session as soon as you can after your first for best results, and after speaking with Tammy I booked them both immediately back to back. My first appointment, her husband and co-owner, Jack, was very welcoming and did a great job of reassuring me and making me feel comfortable and safe. I learned so much as he chatted during the procedure keeping me distracted and telling me all about colon health. I could tell that him and his wife are extremely passionate about what they do and truly want to help and inform people. After the procedure I felt SO GOOD! I took a yoga class right after and couldn't believe how good I felt. It was like I had a different body- a newer, lighter, revitalized, and more open one! I had a euphoric feeling for the rest of the day and felt like I was walking on a cloud. Who would have thought that getting your colon cleaned would make you feel so good. I was so excited to go back for my second appointment the following day. They next day Jack was just as friendly and welcoming as the day before. -Him and his wife, Tammy, are both such positive, vibrant people who are full of life. - The second session was so much easier for me too because I knew exactly what to expect and was just excited for all the benefits. I asked Jack about enemas and he told me about various different types and how they worked and recommended that I use them in between my treatments at their clinic since I am only able to come every so often with my schedule. At the end of the session he gave me for Free 2 enema bags, organic green coffee, and some other supplies I would need to do my own coffee enema at home until I was back to see him again. He was genuinely concerned about my health and wanted me to have them to make sure I was taking care of my colon as much as possible in the meantime. How awesome is that?!? It was my first colonics experience and I didn't do much research about it. I came upon a recommendation from my beloved, who thought I should try it to see if it would help me get more regular with my bowels. I had called to make an appointment and talked with a gentleman over the phone who was very nice and reassuring. He told me that I didn't need to prepare and afterwards I could go out about my day. So, I made the appointment for June 27th at 1:15. I had planned on doing some other things later in the afternoon. First, Andrea was very nice to me when I came in for my appointment. Although she was nice, I didn't understand really what was happening or what was going to happen. I believe Andrea wasn't very clear to me. First, she told me to undress from the waist down and cover myself with a towel. Then she asked me to knock on her door when I was done. I felt uncomfortable because I understood that I should knock on a door down the hallway, which was out in a public space. I tried to get clarification, but she left very quickly and I didn't have time to clarify with her. I did go out to find the door, but she saw me and then explained that instead, she wanted me to knock on the inside of the door of the room I was in. I wouldn't have guessed that, because knocking at the inside of a door is not very common, so I was confused. Another thing, I thought the water used was cold and not warm. That was the only thing that was really uncomfortable for me during the procedure. Andrea also didn't explain to me in a way that I could understand that I needed to let the water fill me up. I didn't understand what to do and I only began to understand my role in the procedure at the very end. We barely got any fecal matter out at all during the procedure. After the procedure, Andrea told me to evacuate in the toilet. I did and got dressed to pay. I finished paying and then all of a sudden I didn't feel good. I immediately had to run to the toilet so I started to go in the room I was just in, but Andrea told me that she had just gotten that room ready for her next appointment so I had to go down the hall, but I didn't know what door it was. Luckily I found it, but by then water and feces was evacuating my bowels beyond my control. I soiled my pants. I cleaned up in the bathroom and just wanted to go home, but I had other obligations scheduled so I went to Walmart across the street to buy new undergarments, when I felt the urge to use the toilet again. I didn't make it again to the toilet so by this time my pants were completely wet and I was very embarrassed. I got in my car to leave and had to pull over to fast food restrooms over three more times on my way home (which is only on 19th Ave.) I was very embarrassed with the wet pants and the fact I was running into restrooms. After I made it home to shower, I didn't feel well and had to sleep for a few hours. I still didn't feel well into the evening. I called the number on your website and talked to the same nice man about what happened. The part that has me unhappy is that I was very unprepared for that experience and suffered emotionally and physically because of it. I believe that Andrea should have made sure I understood the procedure prior to me going through with it. After I thought more about it, I called you. I have purchased a package of five more colonics treatments, but because of my negative experience, I do not want to return. I am not asking for a refund for my treatment that I had, but I am asking for a refund on the package that was purchased. No one is calling me back!!! read more

All I can say is..... WOW!!!! The service there is amazing! I love the cleanliness, friendly staff, and and quick service. I go there for the colonics and can't wait to start getting my facials there. I would highly recommend anyone who is in any discomfort, wants a facial, interested in HCG, or even wants to get on hormones which i don't need cause I'm only 19, but I do get their face wash and it totally works with any kind of acne!! I had a terrible experience with this business and the manager (Jeanette). I had purchased a Groupon and tried to contact them to schedule my first appointment. I left a message on Jeanette's phone. A week passes and I call again, this time the voicemail is full & I cannot leave a message. I wait another week. This time when I call, I can tell that Jeannette is deliberately sending me to voicemail. I call again, and again... I'm all backed up and determined to get on the schedule. She finally answers... "Hello? Why do you keep calling and bothering me?", She said. "I don't work today!!!" Mind you, it's a MONDAY. I proceed to explain how rude she is for not returning my calls and avoiding her customers and she proceeds to tell me how overwhelmed she is with the shear number of Groupon appointments she has to schedule (600). She promises to follow up with me the next day & I don't hear from her for another three days. Not so pooptastic! I sought out a refund from Groupon & took my business to Serenity Colon Hydrotherapy instead! ...and much like a healthy movement.... Good riddance! read more

This was my first experience with Colon-hydro therapy. Michelle was pleasant and the experience was fine. I don't feel I got a soothing and calming feel like some of the other therapists I watched perfuming this procedure online (soft environment, music post treatment, soothing explanation etc) but she was pleasant and it was just fine. She explains everything she is going to do to you and she was fairly knowledgeable with my questions. I didn't love the set up, inside a Large Chiropractic office environment, off a main hallway that people and pt's are by passing but it was okay?The privacy and calming/soothing factor is lacking but the experience is fine and Michelle is pleasant. The price is very fair, so I am not sure why $$$ show up for this place. And they offer the deal on Yelp, so even cheaper! My second time, today, was a better result. So, I suggest going 3 in a row, then weekly. I spoke to the Owner today and he gave me some great insight on how they evolved and the great benefits for different diseases etc. Once you learn that your colon is the silent killer and the need for keeping it clean, you will find reason to find a good place for you to get your treatment too. read more
