Lots of knots and stress build up that she seamlessly diminished. I will definitely be adding Danielle and her healing hands into my wellness routine.

I like to go to Ideal Health & Wellness Med Spa because they use an open system. Imagine a lounging chair with a toilet hole in the middle. You lay down on it, insert a tiny straw-like tube in your rectum and let the gentle flow of water clean your digestive track. It's pretty much painless. Maria, the owner of Ideal Health & Wellness Med Spa is bar-none the most professional host I have dealt with. Her place is always spic and span and smells really good. She maintains a calm ambiance very suited for relaxation. I have been going to Ideal Health & Wellness Med Spa for about two years now. So, I can assure you that if you're looking for a place to boost your immune system with colon hydro therapy, this is the best place in town. The benefits are so amazing. Once you start you will not want to stop. Personally I go about every 6-8 months for 3 sessions. Every time I feel 10 years younger. My skin clears up. My sugar cravings go away. My allergies disappear and I walk with a spring in my step. The first time I did it was a little weird, but a friend had told me that royal families had been doing colon hydro cleanses for centuries because they recognized their benefits. So I did it, I got over the uncomfortable aspect of it very quickly. In the end it was life changing. Stop thinking about it...do it now....you'll thank me later.
