Session 3, love the staff they have been great.. love how quickly they called after getting the referral and how quickly i was able to get my Dad in. So far staff seems knowledgeable. So why the 4? Location location location....and availability, specificly the location/ availability of parking and getting into therapy. This parking lot/ building is not disability friendly. If you have a whewheelchair you will be ok with th the very long treck from the parking lot. If you are using a cane or walker seriously consider a wheelchair or checking out how to get to the suite 1st. read more

Jeff the PT is great. He listened and helped me rehab after back surgery. Office staff very helpful and the facility is clean.

When I first went to 360 I had a problem with keeping my balance and had very little muscle strength in my right calf, ankle & foot. In 11 weeks they helped all of the above. I am able to walk better and I owe that to the staff at 360. read more

After speaking to Nelsy, (Customer Excellence Manager) she explained to me what went wrong. It was the perfect storm of short staffed, patient taking longer than usual and lack of communication on what was going on. This happens and they are making changes on how communication to the patient waiting will be handled. Monique was my therapist and was excellent. She found problem areas I didn't know I had. It was a pleasure to work with her and all her staff is kind and courteous. I even did aquatic therapy and Robbie took care of me. I was fairly easy until you get out of the pool. Then you can tell what you did. Needless to say they made up for their first impression and I would recommend them. read more

I was referred here to work on some lower back pain that had been getting progressively worse for close to a year. I had a great experience at 360 PT on McDowell Rd. On my first visit I was evaluated by a student who was being overseen by the Clinical Director. It was a good thorough eval and I was comfortable with the teaching environment. Most of the time I worked with the same therapy assistant but on rare occasions I'd work with a different one who was just as great and focused on my recovery. Often times the therapy assistant is working with multiple patients at one time, but I felt they made a good gauge of who needs closer attention and who is good to complete exercise reps with little to no supervision. The Clinical Director is present and overseeing everything happening on the exercise floor. Masking and Covid protocol are being properly adhered to as far as I could tell at each visit which is great since there were a number of elderly patients working on recovery while I was there. The front desk staff was also very friendly and fast and attentive at each visit. I always appreciate that and it makes for a good start to each visit. I thank 360 PT for fostering this great environment and helping me get back to 100%! read more

They definitely know their stuff when it comes to physical therapy. I was dealing with a bad back for quite some time. Went to a chiropractor and tried getting massages and nothing happened. After being recommended to go here I tried it out and the results were amazing. After 2 months, Kelly had me back on my feet and playing sports again. I have experienced​ relatively no pain since stopping and even if I do have a day where I am feeling the pain they gave me instructions on what to do from home to relieve the pain. read more

The aqua therapy my husband received for his fibromyalgia was great. Right up until he was informed they couldn't keep billing insurance because they weren't seeing enough improvement. First of all, fibro is a chronic condition. It's about maintenance, not improvement. You'd thnk someone in the physical therapy profession would know (and respect!) that. Second, he HAD seen some improvement. Just not leaps and bounds. On a scale of 1-10, he'd budged 1 or 2 points in most areas, which is huge for fibro patients. Third, this was after only getting back into the groove for maybe 4 weeks. He had only 2 appointments the month before because we underestimated how far in advance we had to schedule. And that means he was essentially starting from scratch again. He'd had another gap between late September and mid-November when he broke his hand. (He was gone long enough that he'd been discharged and had to go through the whole introductory assessment all over again.) So while they'd been "seeing" him for around 6 months, he'd basically gone back to the baseline twice. I understand that maybe some of this was a worry about insurance coverage. But the PT wasn't saying that insurance had refused to cover another 12 sessions. He was saying that he couldn't keep billing insurance. So he was either anticipating (but not checking) that insurance wouldn't approve another 12 sessions, which seems sloppy, or he was treating it as some sort of moral issue (can't keep asking for money) -- even though the patient WAS seeing some improvement. But not enough, apparently, for the PT to judge it... worthwhile, I guess? Just in case my husband didn't already feel bad enough for not being able to do various activities. And so they get one star. Because this is no way to treat someone with a chronic illness, let alone someone who was actually reaping benefits from your work read more

I had a fantastic experience at 360 PT. Mo was so personable, fun, and knowledgeable and I could tell my pain was improving just after a week of going to my sessions. The atmosphere was nice and casual, which I really loved! I felt comfortable and like I knew everyone who was there. I will definitely go back to 360 if I need PT again in the future! read more

These are the people you want to work with! Five months after injuring my foot, I was still in pain and limping. Then, I started at 360 Physical Therapy. Its positive atmosphere encourages healing. The entire staff honors the dignity of each patient and made me feel like I belonged. The therapists are impressive and accomplished. They ensure that patients benefit from the most effective treatment plans. Within three sessions I was walking. Not far or fast, but the limp was gone. Owen is knowledgeable, experienced, decisive and encouraging. He listens and explains what's happening in your body. When I couldn't do an exercise, he broke it down to its basic level until I could. As I healed and grew stronger, he made the exercise more challenging. He always respected my pain level. When I faced a setback, or felt discouraged, he reminded me how much progress I had already made. Now, I can walk two miles and the pain is manageable. 360 teaches you how to do the work. Their big claim is that they have no PT techs and everyone is a PT. I actually find this to be a big negative. I get one hour shared with another patient to do exercises and very little manual therapy from the PT on my injury and instead mainly exercise supervision and after that hour I'm dismissed. I have since gone to another facility where I get 30 minutes of the PT just working on my muscles and injuries before then going to my exercises which are supervised by a tech (it's not that hard that a tech can't help you). Now I've returned to pay my bill at 360 and there's a charge and no one at the front desk can tell me why I'm charged that since they don't handle their own billing. Give me a break, not coming back. read more

It's all about volume. The volume of patients they can crank in and crank out like cattle. It's all about the numbers, not the patients. The "therapists" juggle three, and up to four patients at a time, when you're thinking to yourself you are going to have their complete attention for the hour you have booked. I've had twelve hour long sessions with little to no results on a damaged S.I. Joint. The first visit, I was unaware of the patient juggling, but became wise pretty quickly. The therapist will "Instruct" you on the particular exercise, then say, "Do three sets of ten" and then walk away to concentrate on at least two other patients, where they pretty much do the same thing to them. The next visit, they expect you to have memorized all of the exercises and bark "pelvic tilts' or "bridges" before walking away. Secondly, you never get the same therapist, it's always a rotating shift of new faces. Why can't you have the SAME therapist, who KNOWS your chart and or progress or lack of progress? In 4 visits, I had 4 different therapists, and even though copious "Notes" are entered into a laptop upon each visit, it still felt like starting over at ground zero each time an unfamiliar face showed up in the lobby and said "Hi, I'm (fill in the blank) and I'll be working with you today, how are you doing" even though they can see me terribly limping my proverbial ass off........and with all of the juggling, your appointment will NEVER start on time. The want you there at 4:00 PM but you'll find yourself staring at the clock in the lobby at 4:15......MAYBE they will come out and say sorry, but we're running behind, but most of the time not, and it's not hard to understand why when the name of the game is patient turnover, much like a busy restaurant who wants to hustle you in and hustle you out to get the next herd of cattle in. They are billing your insurance and laughing all the way to the bank while doing it. Shoddy business model at best. And to think there's a CHAIN of these locations probably working under the same parameters............ read more

I keep repeating the same stock summation about my improvement, but it encapsulates it well: When I first started my Physical Therapy here last winter, I was still clomping around in assistive devices for a severe injury, and I wasn't even up to standing in the shower yet. Fast forward several months later of PT with Ryan involving gradual stretching, strengthening, home exercises, and lots of education, - and now I can jump up and down, do squats, walk properly, and "hike" / walk. Pretty amazing. The scheduling staff (Lily and Felicia) is great too - always super helpful working out insurance, rescheduling, etc. They made a world of difference and I'm so glad I ended up here! read more

I am 68 years old and I was in PT for over a year due for two different injuries. The first a slipped disc. Later on a shoulder injury due to a fall. The culture of this location is very caring, supportive and encouraging. Dr. Heather Swain is exceedingly knowledgeable, willing and able to dialogue with me to achieve a complete holistic understanding of my injuries and the path to recovery. Her understanding of anatomy is excellent which helped me to understand how my body was working through the process. She supported my use of alternative therapies including Rolfing and acupuncture. Kendra Gaye also worked with me as a therapist and was very attentive to proper form and pacing. This was important as my energy and strength varied from session to session and I was never pushed beyond my comfort zone. Front office very friendly, courteous and helpful with scheduling. The whole staff is great. Owen was my therapist that man is really knowledgeable with the structure of the muscles and bones in the body I went in with a broken hip with a walker fresh out of surgery and walked out of that place using the stairs. somthing I didn't think I would ever do. Don't get me wrong while you're going through the therapy you'll probably take them off of your Christmas card list. However when you see how much they actually help you, you'll want to invite them home to meet your mom. read more

This place is top notch. I've been going in for about a month and have had some back pain relief after a fractured back a year ago. The facility is clean. Administrative staff is nice. I came here for a back injury. Lower and mid back pain. My PT gave me undivided attention for the first two or three visits, then I was "shared" with another patient during the same hour for the remainder of my visits. Unfortunately this led to me not wanting to spend my time there. Unless you schedule your visits late in the day, the place is busy. It is fairly clean which is a plus. The staff is friendly, but I feel that my PT gave up on me/didn't provide enough attention to make sure I was doing the exercises properly. Once I understood how they were done, he would leave and treat another patient. There were many times that I was just sitting there waiting for him to finish with the other patient, thus wasting my time. The last few visits he kept saying that I wasn't "progressing" the way he would like. Finally on my last visit he has me watch a video about pain and how it can be there when there is nothing to give me pain. I was rather caught off guard since during all the exercises he had me doing for the month and a half I was there he says to work until you feel pain, then stop. Then after the video he has me work through the pain. Contradictory doesn't really quite say it...If he wanted me to work through the pain, I could have done that the entire time. Needless to say I was not happy with my treatment mostly due to the lack of attention and direction from my PT. Not to mention the second week I was there he was on vacation. Please tell me why you would accept a new patient and not be there at least until the first re-evaluation. Again, nice people, clean place, but simply put, a waste of my time. -1 star read more
