Do you know how to make a bad experience a good experience?…read more Hire KB towing services! We went for an evening out in Tracy, where I foolishly lost my key. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.

BEWARE- rude dispatch and initial ETA not true!!! I was in my car broken down between the slow…read morelane and an entry ramp ( the Goree area for over 2 hours) The sole reason this company is even getting two stars is because of the tow driver Ramzi!!! he was polite, respectful, responsive, and very helpful. The company initially gave my insurance and arrival. ETA of 70 minutes only to directly communicate to me ( without updating my insurance) 30 minutes later that the driver would be at least another 60 minutes. And when I call the dispatcher to see if this was accurate and what was going on, she was very rude and abrupt as if the company was actually doing me a favor. Well aware that I was in an unsafe location, and that she had no driver on the way, as well as being aware I had already waited nearly an hour at this point she was more than willing to cancel my request to shut me up. And desperation, I told her I would wait the additional hour for the driver. (after 1 1/2 hours) Ramzi called my cell phone to share he has just been dispatched and had a 40 minute ETA. he was shocked to learn how long I had actually already been waiting. If it had not been for his kind personality, friendliness, and honesty, I would've canceled the company and waited for anybody except for them. But I really appreciate it his compassion and empathy from the first realizing told me the way would be. unless they are a free service, I would say they are not worth the value. This takes nothing from what is clearly great customer service coming from their drivers after reading all of the multiple reviews. Notice all of the comments are always about the drivers and never the dispatch team or the company itself.if you have options, please choose another company. You will be very disappointed otherwise

He ended up calling another AAA truck with a needed part. He worked on my car for about 1 1/2 hours. He was very polite and respectful about the situation I was in at the time. He calmly went over the alternatives...none of which were very attractive. I have ordered new parts and cannot use my security system (MDX) until it is repaired, but I got home safely....Huge thanks to Steve and AAA one of my favorite service organizations...just another example of consistently providing excellent service to the community.... I can't say enough good things about Fred and his tow truck company! Fred, who is both the owner…read moreand driver, came to tow my 2015 Tesla Model S when the doors wouldn't open and the car was completely unresponsive. I planned to take it to Tesla service to figure out the issue, but Fred went above and beyond to help. In front of my house and driveway, Fred removed part of the front bumper cover to access the jumper terminals located behind it, since the battery is in the frunk bay and completely inaccessible when the car doesn't respond. He tried jumping the car with his jumper pack, and when it didn't work initially, Fred didn't give up. He called me back over and explained that he used an override setting on his jumper to bypass the car's battery entirely, which finally got the car powered up. Based on this, Fred hinted that the issue was likely just the 12V battery needing replacement. He was careful to clarify that this wasn't mechanical or repair advice, but his insight was incredibly helpful. Once the car powered on and the doors opened, I asked if I could drive it around the block to confirm everything was working, and Fred let me do so. Sure enough, everything worked as expected, saving me the hassle and cost of a tow and likely saving me hundreds--if not thousands--of dollars. Despite not needing the tow in the end, I still paid Fred the full fee and tipped him extra because he put my needs above his own. Fred was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind--qualities that are rare to find these days. I've saved his number as my go-to tow guy and would recommend him to anyone in need of a tow or roadside assistance. Exceptional service!
