He changed my caller ID name to "Money Talks." The people I called wouldn't answer because they didn't recognize the name, and he switched my plan from $40 to $55. The phone wasn't working, so I called the company; they told me to go back to the store and that I could return it. I went back on Monday and explained the situation to the guy, but he thought it was funny and started laughing; he didn't want to exchange it for me. In the end, he did; I had paid $270, but he only refunded me $188.90 plus $25.00 in cash--he kept $57 for service charges, even though I only had the phone for three days. He had sold me a screen protector and a case for $10, and he didn't refund those either. They take advantage of people at this location; be careful and ask for your receipts so you can see exactly what they are selling you.

There is NO reason a person is not able to access their phone records for at least the last year...it appears that Verizon has done just that. Account history for over 3 months is just that...HISTORY! Because of this, Verizon is going to become HISTORY in my family! No more referrals from me either! Shame this is the way they take care of their long time customers!
